    Literally within a few hours I've got them and now im so much more flexible using these videos on RUclips! My advice would be not to over do it as you could easily pull muscles but to take your time and stretch every day! It could take weeks, months or even a year..but you can't give up..because honestly when you do get them it will be worth the effort..it will hurt to begin with but you need to stretch everyday after you've got them too as if you leave it then you may not be able to get them again. Once you can do the splits make sure you stretch before you do them as you will pull muscles in both your legs and trust me it does kill. So take your time, stretch everyday and don't give up because when you do its harder to get them the next time you try. BTW thank you for the video. It has helped so much :)

      +Keely Purnell How long did it take you to get them, using these videos? And what else was your training routine like? I do martial arts regularly, and some resistance training on top of busy work, so doing this everyday might be a bit of a stretch for me, but if I can see proper results inside of 6 weeks, I may consider it. It's nothing on the quality of the video, which is pretty decent; it's more about the practical issue of time. I'm sure others would agree with me, so your help would be appreciated.

    When she said "come onto your elbows if stretching out is too hard..." Hun, I was on my outstretched hands nowhere near the floor. lol I'm going to work on this video daily and hopefully get to split soon.

    OMG I JUST CAN'T DESCRIBE HOW MUCH IM GRATEFUL FOR THIS!!! I'VE BEEN FOLLOWING THIS FOR 3 DAYS JUST 2 TIMES A DAY AND ON THIRD DAY I HAD MY SPLIT FULLY!!     My 8 year old does your stretch vids before her ballet class... She's requesting that you wear all blue. Her mom would like for you to look into making a video for ballet students that show them how to do a" before you go to ballet class" stretch routine. Sometimes when she goes to rehearsals, she isn't given the opportunity for a good stretch. Being so young she doesn't know better. So I have her do it at home before hand. Most importantly, since she's been doing your vids, she can go all the way down into the splits. She quite jazzed about it. Thank you for all your hard work with the videos.

    I've been doing these the past few days and I'm seeing some results! Before, I couldn't touch my toes. I still can't really but doing one of the half splits I was able to and before I wasn't even close!!! Thank you!!!

    Just started a few days ago doing this every day along with another one of her splits videos, so let's see 17 cm turn into 0! I'll try to use this comment for updates on progress to keep me motivated :)

      I did my stretches yesterday and they were good, I wasn't sore today so I did my stretches again. I feel pretty flexible. yesterday I took a video of me trying my splits and it looks pretty close! like 4-5 inches away, so I'm getting there :)

      Thursday, I got to ~180* on my right splits! Not quite there with my left, which is still pretty far off...

    Thank you so much for this video ! I learned my splits in under a month, now I have my right leg splits and my left leg splits ! It wasn’t easy to do , on some of these stretches I had someone to push me down like in the pike position but it was worth it ! 😏 I’m not gonna lie at first I wanted to give up because I was terrible and it hurt so much but then I kept saying to myself ‘no pain , no gain’ 🙏🏻

    I'm so glad o found this video. can't wait till I finally do the splits and be more flexible in general. I've learned that you can teach your body anything you want it to learn and mold it as you wish. Only have to put work dedication and patience.

    I did this for about four days and it worked I finally knew how to do the splits. It got so much easier I love the way she tought me how to do the exercises so u can get deep in to it. Thanks and I love her videos.!!!!! :-) :-!

    This is so relaxing!! I feel great and relaxed! Especially with the music, the breathing, and the coconut oil scent 😍I feel like easing into it and I also think I'm improving my flexibility. So maybe I'll get to my splits in a couple of weeks. Do this for twice a day and you'll see improvements 😀 Fighting! 😂

    I used to get straight into the action, and wondered why I was hurting for days....
    so I started with the Leg stretches, joint pains have gone completely, a lot more endurance, much more flexible, and it's taught me that stretching is key for a decent work out,
    I'm also not hurting on the next day, so I've been able to keep up my work out everyday.

    My goodness, my muscles were fired up and ready to go after following this video! I'll be doing this everyday, the stretches are great! I also really enjoy the calm vibe of it. It's a perfect balance between relaxing my mind and working the muscles! Glad I stumbled on your video! I'll keep pushing until I reach the split.

      Yes, but I pause the video - I believe each stretch is supposed to be held for 30secs but I guess if Donnie would do that the video would be quite long

    I've been doing the 24 min vid then I tried to 12 min vid and now I'm on to this 16 min one. everyday for the past week, I've tried a different vid sometimes but have mostly stuck to this one. And gave myself 2 days to rest (not in a row) anyway I'm happy to say I can almost do the splits and feel much more flexible than before
    And am just 10 inches off the ground! A lil more time and I'll get them in no time! Sorry for my bad English, thanks don!

    So I've been doing this for at least 5 days, I haven't got the splits but I can actually now touch my forehead to my knee. It's probably not a big thing but I'm literally so inflexible like before this I couldn't even sit on the floor back straight legs straightt without having any uncomfort. I feel like I'll maybe get the splits in a few months but I won't give up. This helps so much thanks x

      I hate to tell this to you girl but, if it doesn't hurt, you are not doing it properly. In order for you to get the splits, you haft to stretch your leg muscles as far as they can go. You will also probably have to do some of these steps almost every day. Dont take me wrong as a bad person ;) just take it as advice. I am a beginner in this and am only trying to keep up with my friend.

      Listen to you body and only feel a slight discomfort. Flexibility takes time if you don't want to hurt yourself... And make sure to pay attention to your alignment.

    I had to move from your "12 minutes splits stretch" video to this one because I feel it's a bit problematic starting with the same pose at min.13:20 of this video. I mean, for my back is too much and I barely can move. I'll try this new one and I hope it would be 'gentler'.
    In any case, I'd ask you some tips for beginners/not flexible people in order to not overstretch.

    This was legit magic...before, I did not have my middle split but now I do... I am also closer to my right and left splits.

    this stretch is great but I'm one of those people who find it legally difficult to actually stretch for a few weeks and not get as close as you would think but I have improved thanks

    I read the comments section for results I found that everyone complained of her timing of her stretching, she had done her stretchable step very well. Everyone should done stretching step according to their self comfortable not for timing. If you thought of timing for your stretchable step, it may be result in hurting your Back n leg joint, may be it should give negative result to your body through the splits exercise

    thank u so much I signed up for cheer leading and because of this video I'm flexible enough I used to not be able to touch my toes but now I can also I can raise my foot above my head thanks a lot😀and I'm only 11

    Donnie ur tutorials r great! U r beautiful and an awesome teacher. I've been following ur stretch videos for a few days n just wanted 2 give u a very subtle feedback, so that they reach perfection: Is it possible that u rush less from some postures 2 another? For example, sometimes we put our elbows in the ground n u go "take a deep breath in", meanwhile I'm breathing peacefully to relax my muscles u r already gone to "take another deep breath out n take it to the front". I hope u post more stretch videos soon, thank u for being great!

    I agree with @Zekia Williams that you should hold the stretches for a bit longer. Otherwise, your videos are super helpful and just after watching and doing your splits stretch, i feel so much more flexible and am so much closer to doing the splits
