Please do not do neck rolls all the way with your head tilted back. This puts lots of pressure on the neck and is a dangerous maneuver, especially for those with neck and back issues.
I am a beginner, and what I like most in Donnie's videos is although some I can't do everything the first time, if I keep trying I can do everything and the results are great! I feel really good and motivated when I can do it all! Ty Doonie and PsycheTruth!
this helped me get my splits so fast try over splits put whatever leg on an incline (like on a chair or something) and try to slide down into you splits it's okay if you don't go down all the WY just hold it for 20 seconds and then try to go down into your splits again hope this helped

I feel like such a failure! I can't come anywhere CLOSE to doing these stretches the way you do, Donnie! Only place we went this summer was to Santa Fe for a family reunion. Stopped off at Carlsbad Caverns along the way. Santa Fe is ALMOST as beautiful as Austin!

i used to be able to do some advanced stretches but i started getting lazy and my shoulder prevented me from some because i had surgery but im starting to go back to it

Thank you for this very nice and easy to follow along video, very informative. That's the plus points. I do have to say though, that the speed of each movement was way too fast for me, I couldn't keep up at all, as when I was trying to get into each position, I would have liked to hold that stretch for say at least a good 20-30 seconds, and sometimes it was a lot less, so could you perhaps try to do this video again with like each movement paused for a 30 seconds hold? Otherwise I have to stop this video when I'll be using it and pause for each movenment then play the video again, which makes for a lot of interruptions and in the end it's not relaxing or meditative anymore but becomes a hassle. Just a tip, as when it says new beginner, it really wasn't sorry. Otherwise, very nice useful stretches, thank you.

When you alternate your Calves , it’s for lifting your hips and this is a chines Processus to lose weight too. But to lose weight , chines count 60 × 2 or 30 × 3 ....120 steps

Loving all these Videos. The problem I'm having though is I can't physically sit in The Half Split Position. Does this mean i need to work more on unlocking my hips or another other certain stretches for the hip joints? Cheers
Gerardo Carrillo Maybe try looking for hip stretches. I have this problem where the tendons in my knees seize if I try to stretch and I've recently found that by persevering through the stretches that the seizing has gone away completely. It was like they locked into place and it was really painful to bend my legs afterwards and that issue is gone now. Maybe the problem is similar? Hope that helps! :)
