it's so important to stretch it is a very important part of a workout as far as I'm concerned, the flexibility we gain from it will benefit us when we are older I'm a former dancer but I still continue to stretch even if my dancing days are over, I now teach students and pass on my years of experience to people who want to improve that area of their fitness, I have quite a few tutorials on my YT channel for all levels from stretching for beginners to the more advanced how to split & middle splits, all tutorials have different methods depending on your levels
Guys i followed psyche truth's front splits tutorials for about 2 weeks and i did it everyday during summer break when i had a lot of time and I got my splits now! I can do both legs! Now im joining gymnastics in september and i cant wait! I do this stretch in the morning and at night and so some strenght workouts during the day
this video helped me a lot, but the only suggestion I would make is to slow down a bit, cause before I could get into one position, she was already moving to the next.
My friend is struggling and it is realy helping her. Before she could not even get to the middle, and now she is almost down to the splits. I give you a big thanks and hope you make another video. BYE, BYE!!!
I can't do the splits but I have been doing this daily for only 2 days and I went from standing strait to 4 inches off the ground. This is really helpful and thank you so much. xoxo

I did my stretches yesterday and they were good, I wasn't sore today so I did my stretches again. I feel pretty flexible. yesterday I took a video of me trying my splits and it looks pretty close! like 4-5 inches away, so I'm getting there :)
I loved this video!!! I've was a splits chaser as a kid, and even as a teen, and I could NEVER get to that spot, maybe I didn't stretch hard enough, or kept giving up too soon. (You know, teens and instant gratification needs lol) But I've been actively trying now since I started doing at home workouts, and I have hope again, that I MIGHT just be able to finally succeed in something that I never could when I was younger. This video REALLY gave me some DEEP and powerful stretches! I've been doing splits stretches consistently for a couple months now, and I DO seem to be more flexible with each passing day. I'm still nowhere near being able to sit in a middle split position (More like a V position) and still can't reach my elbows to the floor, but by the very end of this video, I swear my elbows finally GRAZED the floor! I'll be adding this video to my list of stretches. Sorry for the novel here, but if possible, can someone tell me whether I should/could do these stretches daily? Twice a day? Every other day? I'm just not sure. Thank you again for this... I'm sure I'll be feeling it tomorrow!

if you want to do a backbend stretch your back and abdomen regularly get close to a wall and use your hands to walk your self backwards onto the floor and you will be able to do a backbend.
i love your channel, i feel like i can trust that these stretches wont be bad for my muscles because u seem to really know what your doing unlike some other tutorials on youtube. ive just started tonight but hopfully i will have my spilt soon
I had never thought of doing a stretch circuit, how you show it, and it's SO much more fun than just holding a random stretch for a minute at a time! I really enjoy your routine. I was once flexible and let that aspect of my life go to the way-side, and this seems to really be helping me tune back into my tight muscles and retrain for flexibility. Very engaging and simple, which encourages me to keep it up. Thanks very much!

Ive been a dancer for around 9 months now. I got my left splits already before dance and my right splits are progressing slowly. Im touching the floor in my right but i cant sit my hips on my own. These stretches on the other hand helped my middle splits a lot. Im about 5 inches off the ground now. Its better than before way better.
I’m doing both this video and the side split stretch one as well, and I’m feeling closer to my splits already, today was my fourth day of stretching, these stretches are great
