    Its been one day. I havent completely got my splits but im about 5/10 cm off the ground. im not flexible at all so this is massive difference 😊

    For anyone scrolling through to see if this actually works, it does! I did it one time and it got me my splits! Just remember to continue doing the stretches so u won’t loose them splits!😊💖

      Jennifer Ogiye well tbh she stretches probably everyday so shes flexible if u actually STRETCHED everyday u can get that aswell i know its strange but yh it works. Things only work if you put effort into it. Not just doing nothing wont help

    Thanks so much Erica Lin! These streches are so good and make me feel like a million bucks after I'm done stretching! I've been doing this everyday and it's been working really well. I've been trying to be flexible because I really badly want to do ballet but of course, you have to be flexible for that. I know it's weird to start ballet at 12 years old but, I want to do it. And you shouldn't give up on doing something that you really want to do. So I'm trying to get flexible and ya, it's working, so I just want to say thank you.😁

    This helped me soooo much!!! I literally went to do these exercises, and then I had cane rushing back to tell you this...I went all the way down to the floor!!! Last time I did it, I felt terrible pain, but now, I can do splits!!! God bless you, Erica Lin!!!😁

    When you get your splits can you also do leg holds and “good” leaps? Like for dance?

    I can’t leave without leaving a good comment. I used to be able to put my legs behind my head. Couldn’t do it anymore. But then when I watched and did the exercises. 20 minutes later I could put them behind my head again. Slowly could do the splits more thanks so much

    I did all this, then I got in the butterfly position and then moved my front leg to be straight. I did get into the splits, but I pulled 2 muscles in the process.... I just wanted to know if we were actually supposed to do that all in one day 😂 (But like really though, were we?)

      take breaks as needed - you can definitely modify/shorten durations if needed :)

    So im a gymnast and a dancer and i had my left split but 1 day after i got it i got very sick for 2 weeks and i lost it so imma try to get em back:) imma do daily updates bc its guaranteed that its not gonna be a 1 day thing for me
    Day 1:
    Left split: ~7cm from the ground
    Right split: ~9cm from the ground
    Day 2: i didnt have time for it
    Day 3:
    Left split: ~6.5cm from the ground
    Right split: ~5.5cm from the ground wtf?
    Day 4:
    Left split: ~5cm from the ground
    Right split: ~5.5cm from the ground
    Day 5:
    Left split: ~2.5cm from the ground (i tried it on a slippery floor and i got down but it hurts)
    Right split: ~3.5cm from the ground
    Day 6:
    Right split: ~2cm from the ground on slippery floor and 3cm on regular floor
    Left split: still down and hurts on slippery floor and 2.5cm on regular floor
    Day 7:
    Same as yesterday
    I GOT BOTH OF MY SPLITS DOWN THANK YOU SO MUCH

    Hi,
    I know I am so late but would it be possible if you could do this kind of video with someone who hasn't stretched in a long time? I did gymnastics since I was 2 and I could do a split when I was less than 2 1/2! I did it with the same coach (Who was weirdly also my neighbor) Anyway, then she got pregnant and married so obviously she stopped. When she started again she did it too far away, It was like 1 1/2 or 2 hours away and the place we did it before was 2 minutes away! Anyway she started it at the same place that is 2 minutes away from me and my mom said I can do it on one condition... I can do the splits, and a cartwheel. I can almost do the cartwheel and I could almost do the splits again but I stopped stretching and all and now I can't do it. Also every time I do the stretches the next time I go to do them i'm so sore that it's kinda painful to do them. Anyway I have always loved gymnastics and all kinds of sports for instance: I am on the varsity volleyball team, varsity basketball, tennis, and I used to play golf. But these are all sports at my school. Out of all of those my favs are volleyball but gymnastics as well, if I can get good again.     I have been trying to get my splits for a while now. I’m not a gymnast or dancer and had absolutely noooo flexibility two years ago. I have been like 2 inches from getting my splits and I did this video and it helped soooo much. I did get my splits all the way down and I feel so much looser. I will be doing this everyday now to master my splits

      That’s awesome! Try doing splits on a soft mat so that your hips ease down naturally. Also against a wall can help!
