    Some of these drills are in our softball warm-ups. This video did help though. I'm thick so you have no idea how much I want to be flexible.

      It's actually very common for guys to train flexibility. Stretching is surprisingly extremely important for building strength/muscle tone as well.

      +Erica Lin I stretch every time I'am about to work out but I also do kick boxing and well every time I kick something it puts a lot of straight on my legs hopefully this helps me out I'll keep at it everyday for an entire month I started on the 1st.

      I stretched about two times a day, and sat in the splits for 45 minutes a day (just enough time to watch an episode of gossip girl of course), and I also bought a ballet band online.

    I am a contortionist.I can do splits,leg hold,teardrops,needle,scorpion,handstand,elbow stand,bridge,backbend,vardez,chest stand,middle splits,cartwheels,penche,front walkover,back walkover,oversplits,and also I can improve my back flexibility.

      A Wizard Lizard from Blizzard just do cardio every two days and light stretching every two day always warm up be for stretching then eventually do harder an harder stretches BUT don't do easy stretches one week and then the next week do contortion

    I need some advice, I'm 11 but almost 5'5' so it's harder for me to do some things that require me touching my toes or putting my long af legs behind me. I really do want to become flexible because I'm joining cheer this year and I don't want to be a bad flyer. Any other advice of how to become flexible?

    I’ve been using this routine nearly everyday now for a couple weeks! My flexibility has definitely improved. Before I couldn’t even touch my toes but now I can do it easily!

      i will never become a dancer.... i wanna be a contemporary dancer but i am already 13 and i cant even go half way down the splits.. i wanna be a dancer by the time i go to collage.... i used to be flexible but not anymore....

    I really wanna be A gymnasit or cheerleading or dancing but. I don't know if I have the flexibility for that and I am fat kind of I need to loose weight!! can some of you help me out?

      Donald Gibbs consider being vegan. You will lose weight easily. It helped me to keep by BMI at its best and the best thing is that i didn't need to work out at all! Just don't eat too much vegan junk food i.e. chips, cookies, donuts(really processed foods). everything else fine fine, eat as much as you feel like. :)

      If you wanna be a dancer, go for it! It doesn't matter how much you weigh, it matters how strong you are. I have seen dancers of all sizes and they each have their own strengths. The "bigger" dancers may not be as flexible, but they are amazing and have true talent

    So I'm kinda flexible so I was like cool I wanna do dis! When I was doing arm circles one of my shoulders was like.... NOT TODAY BISH!! And dislocated somehow!! I was so surprised when it happened I fell and I dislodged my ankle out of place!! I when to the hospital and got fixed up but my mom and I were like WHAT THE FISH JUST HAPPENED?!?!?! So I got checked out and was tested for stuff. Now I know I have EDS!! The doctors said it was better that j came in now because I'm young and got tested because now I know I should be careful of what I do. So now I know to be careful so thank you for helping me in the future!! 😂

And i think stretching doesng burn alot of calories in general if its a quick session like this but it definitely helps you if you do it once in the morning once before practice and once at night before bed

      Everyday try touching your toes (or floor) whilst ur legs are straight and once u get that then try to put ur palm to the floor it would help u touch/grab ur toes whilst in the straddle

I’ve been using your stretches for a long time and they work so well! First I started gymnast because I wanted to stretch for cheer but because of my location cheerleading doesn’t exist In high schools anymore but I’ve realised that gymnastics Is something I love and If I never met a channel like yours that helped me get so far, I’d of never realised my enjoyment for gymnastics!
