2:13 my go to is Corinth Prime under the guise of Combat Shotgun;
raw damage-crit hybrid that uses
semi shotgun cannonade
hunter munitions
gal savvy
gal hell
riven - raw damage plus heat, your choice what to swap this out with
and a pet for priming
for the arcane slap in primary merciless or shotgun vendetta, this carries me through steel path currently (didn't list the crit mods because its all the usual stuff; primed ravage, critical deceleration, good luck finding something better)
and for QoL, reload speed

Galv Savvy
Galv Hell
Riven with Cold and Crit Damage and extra Recoil (which I like), I suggest running a pure cold here
Hunter Munitions
Critical Deceleration
Ravage (use Primed if you have it)
Tactical Pump for QoL, Chilling Reload is also a good option for extra cold and reload speed
and Narrow Bareel in the exilus slot
Nautilus with Manifold Bond and Cold, Radiation and Corrosive on Verglas to outsource a lot of cold stacks
For the arcane - Primary Frostbite
9:43 when malice targets you with bubble, try not to roll out when using Rhino.
Your weapons will charge your skin insanely well by just blindly shoot at yourself.
Build is good, though I obviously had more comments on the way Rhino is played but thats good enough tbh.
Surging blades Rhino is rare to see nowadays but it is a viable choice if you are bored of using weapons.
First thing I do when seeing a Rhino video is look for the amolistic's comment😂.
