I have faith in Pablo, but one of the main things I'm concerned about is the Buff you get from something like a Ceramic Dagger riven. Will that be included in the potential base stat buff? Because alot of people who were using incarnons for the Stat sticks have rivers for those weapons, so hoping that damage will be compensated as well.

Keeping the trickster play style but give him the ability to thieve abilities from enemies either from switch teleport or radial he can steal abilities like nullifyer bubbles steal auras from eximus and be a smei team player. Limbo. In my opinion add to his passive that anyone in his team in affinity range can pass in and out of the rift by rolling cause team mates can get out of the rift by rolling they should be able to get in the rift the same way a small buff but the most helpful one. A trick to get blessing augment maxed easily is to subsume her one with nyx mind control. shoot an enemy, then heal them after mind controlling them to instantly max out the buff. that being said I wanna use eclipse on her 1 but I dont have mirage prime and dont wanna sacrifice my mirage until I get the prime lol. Edit: armor strip is very usefull but I mean we have other ways to strip like two green shards and a corrosive primer. Also I wasnt gonna buy the new skin for her like I did nyx but damn that angel look is fire

Loki koumei yareli and Oberon are definitely bottom tier. Their base kits are either awful or outdated They need to rely heavily on augments archon shards and helminth to make them decent frames they need buffs or full-on reworks

Loki is really good frame, but his big problem in my opinion is the fact that enemy AI is way too dumb for his 1 to be effective. He came from era, where enemies had aimbot, were tanky and did a lot of dmg and at that era of Warframe Loki was one of the BEST Warframes you could play, since he wasn't affected by enemy aimbot and damage. Nowadays enemies have horrible aim and are tanky as wet tissues, so they pose almost zero threat.

I love Koumei, I'm still quite new to the game (2 weeks/80hrs) and I thought it was a mistake before that they marketed her towards new players. However, now it seems really interesting!! She is designed to train a newer player's mind and get them used to thinking in how you have to think later on in the game. She forces you to understand the basic mechanics of the game, it took me hours to figure out what a wall latch was but then it was easy (although if there was a wall run I might've enjoyed that more but still). She also forces you to think about the different buffs and boosts from her blessings and decrees and how they all synergize together with her abilities and weapons/attacks. This is very similar to how you have to think when making builds, except unlike blessings/decrees you actually get to choose what you want! (which some of the bad decrees make you lament not being able to pick, and they help you get used to thinking about what's good and what's bad and why, so in this case having bad decrees are a good thing!) So, I don't think she's "new player friendly" in the sense that it's easy for a new player to play her, and that's on purpose. I think she was made to *specifically* fill the role of guiding someone from new player to intermediate player. She's not supposed to be easy to play for new players, she's supposed to challenge them in the exact ways that the game challenges an intermediate player, but through the more easily accessible adaptation and thinking rather than the more demanding of game knowledge thoughtful decision-making. That is so cool omg I've only just finished the Second Dream so I'm still not really at the point to be talking about her later-game/player appeal, but it's just really fun to leave your fate to the dice and adapt accordingly. Even in shorter missions, her 1 and 4 do a lot of area damage (not making comparisons to other frames, but I've been able to hold my own just fine) so she's no fish out of water in speedy missions. But then in longer missions like survival or open world bounties etc. she is SO GOOD. I had a bug that carried over my 30 mins of rougelike decrees into Orb Valis (which I'm pretty sure are almost the same pool as her normal decrees? so I could've just done multiple bounties to keep and build up all those decrees naturally) and I was doing the decree nightwave so I ended with like 35 decrees, so I was keeping up with Gauss and Volt while not taking damage and oneshotting enemies my build has no business dealing damage to lmao. So she's pretty decent in short missions and can hold her own, and on top of that, the longer a mission is (I find even 3-5 decrees is plenty) the more insane she becomes lmao. What more could you ask for? :D _BTW I think your idea of having teammates contibute to chalenges you have active would be neat but a bit weird optics-wise, and while this counter-idea isn't a lot better in that regard maybe it could be interesting: Tapping her decree ability sees it work exactly as it currently does. but you Hold it, then the challenge is displayed for all players, they all contribute towards its completion (the higher target amounts are weighted to balance it tho), and they all recieve its benefits. they were designed to work especially for Koumei but to also work for any frame in the rougelike mode so it could be fun!!_

Idc about most changes, the change that worries me the most is the Defense mission change with reducing the amount of waves from 5 to 3. I've been playing this game for a very long time now (2016) and i honestly don't know why they changed that after like 12 years. It feels unnecessary and hints at Warframe losing more identity with time. I hope they don't shorten survival or any other mission type.

As someone who plays her often, the syam with gas/influence with any dash wire setup is absolutely broken if you’re just tryna spam heavy attack with back against a dead end and basically go afk till an acolyte spawns If you’re going for a bow build then you need the concerted arrow augment and never use the acuity mods cause they don’t affect the aoe, also internal bleeding is basically a must, without the augment the bow just never has a reliable KPM She’s not even worth it in spy’s just take wukong and put the helmith that autohacks he’s way better If you really want crazy damage then have a nidus specter and wait till he links then your dash wire augment will scale massively higher Also whenever ivara is controlling a navigator projectile she’s invisible so you don’t need cloak active, helps energy economy Generally she’s best for when you just wanna set up in a room and chill which is still often boring but the damage you can get from the dashwire augment can make some very funny numbers

Incarnon perks were never meant to apply to anything else. Everyone got too comfortable with what was a bug, and now they're sweating and wanting to hold back progress. Having separate, moddable weapons is what wveryone has wanted for FOREVER. The only reason people are pushing back is because of incarnon perks and arcanes applying to their pet builds. Yeah, gara with melee doughty does some craziness. Yeah, atlas is way better with a stat stick. The better solution is to make them moddable weapons. Sorry you gotta sacrifice number or two. There are still PLENTY of things in warframe to exploit. Dont hold back progress for something so menial. "Dont touch mah toys"

With that out of the way, there's the defence mission build everyone focuses on, theres a few single player builds as well, BUT no one talks about the infinite cataclysm builds. . Spam cataclysm everywhere, keep allies in the void as well as enemies. No one runs out of energy, and you can subsume stasis for breach surge for extra spread

Now Pablo just needs to reallow the Deconstructor Prime to have the Gladiator mod set so that people have a valid excuse to use the Helios Prime again.

I think they'll bring up the exalted weapon stats so that its at the same level as stat stick pseudos

My apologies in advance for the essaying here. I did Koumei Mot void fissure levelcap run the other day with Felarx, Kuva Nukor and Xorix, and it's been absolute bonkers, too. I subsumed her 3 with Saryn's Molt ability for 0 cast time shieldgating, so my Koumei is a weapon platform. I don't know if I'm too bad at the game or smth, but even with the Archon Flow, Arcane Energize and Battery, as well as 2 purple Tau shards as an Equilibrium substitute I still had some energy issues at the start, so I used Dethcube with Energy Generator and Synth Deconstruct. While it might be an overkill in the energy department, it doesn't make you feel you sacrifice power or anything, because well, you know how decrees work :) Once you get the "Enemies drop health orbs with a 60% chance", you totally forget about energy managment for the rest of the run. Personally got bored after 5 hours when I got all the decrees, and ran outta relics shorly after, but overall it's a pretty chill and fun experience, definitly recommend everybody with the spare time trying it out!

The only frame I can agree with based off the thumbnail is Oberon. That man is in desperate need of an entire rework. The only thing that works for him is an extremely over invested build that nukes and it can barely do that without shards helping it out. I would say Loki is fine the main problem with him is that he is heavily focused on utilizing his augment mod for invulnerability, but either way he is going to be impossible to kill if you know how to play the game good. Limbo is an unkillable monster. He is legitimately the best solo frame in the game. I know he is a pain when he is with teammates, but solo is where all Limbo mains should stay. I have played him enough to acknowledge this, his kit provides little synergy towards teammates. I would say frames that are due for a rework the most is Oberon, maybe some visual tweaks for Banshees abilities, but the two that need a rework that isn’t necessarily needed, but highly wanted is Chroma and Titania. Chroma has 2 abilities that are virtually useless in builds with his 4th only having somewhat of a use with profit taker bounties, but in general play it is essentially useless. The next is Titania as her abilities from 1-3 are entirely useless the majority of the time I am only using razor wing and either shooting them or slashing enemies with her sword. The only ability with a niche use is her second with thorns as it provides her with 50% DR l, but either way it has to be cycled thru with no real buffs increasing that DR meaning the only thing that can help is duration and strength setups which mainly fall under supporting her 4th regardless.

I'm not too fussed about this. It's a change that will make modding pseudo-exalteds more intuitive and stop them being beholden to a handful of cheesy meta weapons, which is a bad status quo that strangles build diversity.

Honestly i wish they gave limbo an exilus mod that allowed hits to pass through (both allies and enemies) the rift with a 50% dmg penalty; it's a band aid fix, but i dunno just something that came to mind for making limbo pubs friendly
