I loved the three segment version. But watching the full length version was even better! My wife is from Brooklyn and I'm a country boy. Hunting, fishing, camping mountain bike trips, and so on. She won't go in the backyard at night because there are bugs out there. I'm not exaggerating when I say, in no small part, your videos are so beautifully done, and the sights you get to see have, in no small part, contributed to her now wanting to enjoy the camping/overlanding with me. For that I will be eternally grateful! Thank you! And please thank Natalia for me too. Her personality is just so cute! You guys are so enjoyable to watch.
That is so cool to hear! As long as you are geared up right to make the lady comfortable, she will have a great time. Natalia grew up in the outdoors but still has her particulars that I have addressed to make this kind of travel as good as it can be for her. I will share this with Natalia, thank you very much and enjoy yourselves out there!
@@IndependenceOverland Roger that. We will. I watched most of your uploads already. I watched, and showed her the one about "making her feel comfortable". Now hurry up and get the Taco ready so I can watch those. Building mine up as quickly as money will let me. God bless you both. Blue too!
You guys have been the biggest inspiration for starting my journey into overlanding. I want my wife and i to see beautiful places while we still have the chance. Discovered this type of adventuring about the same time i bought my Tacoma. Can't want to get out there and explore
I have been watching a lot of off-road and overlanding videos and I too want to get out on the dirt roads. I recently purchased a 2014 Ford F-150, I've been fixing all the things wrong with a used vehicle when you buy it, so I can start upgrading it and get out there to do some overlanding. I'm so excited about it. The good thing is that fixing everything that's wrong is giving me time to learn as much as I can about overlanding. I've watched so many videos and some of them have made me scared to try this on my own. But, I loved this video, I'm definitely going to be watching a lot more of yours. I appreciated that you said that us beginners could get out and do almost everything that the 2 of you did on this trip without making a lot of mods to our vehicles. It gave me hope and revived my excitement to get out there at least on the beginner trails. Thanks and best wishes to both of you
Wow! What an amazing trip! I loved it! Especially all the different places you went and different types of terrain. Thank you for sharing this is one of my favorites
Suggestions for future Washington trips: Hart's pass area near Mazama; countless logging trails in central and eastern Whatcom county; Metaline Falls to Priest Lake Idaho via the logging roads. Many such places...
Have you got a video of how you have your tank mounted to the rear door been watching through you videos trying to find how you’ve got it mounted love the videos
I live on the Oregon coast and I know exactly what you're talking about when it comes to dispersed camping here. I'm pretty sure I know the area you where in where you found the big pile of trash. I was trying to find a site there in August. After 4 hours of hunting and finding every spot taken or trashed no matter how deep into state forest or BLM land I got, I ended up back on the coast and camped in a very small beach parking lot. Everyone heads to the coast. You have to go inland to find good dispersed sites.
I have extreme bed head pretty much every day so to avoid looking like Albert Einstein I just get my hair wet, usually with the Geyser or sometimes the Dometic faucet if it’s warm enough out, and run a comb through it. Natalia does cut my hair right before longer trips which helps. The Geyser is ideal for that, and wiping the dirt out from around your eyes on these kinds of trips.
Or someone camped in that spot that also cleans up after themselves last. Its sad but there is 0 you can do about it unfortunately besides taking more with you than you brought!

Hey man, I believe I talk about it in this video: ruclips.net/video/YJWl3UOgSWQ/видео.html
Its a propane tank mount from Refined Cycle. They only make a few off road products.

You guys are not just doing great videos, you are also really good drivers. I would have sh** in my pants multiple times :D
Haha this one wasn’t too crazy, check out our Arkansas video!
To clean the car is very important !!! I hope you made protection against rust.
Yeah, I cleaned it repeatedly and had done preventive rust measures prior to this trip.
What an amazing quality production. I’m located in Evergreen if ya want to grab a coffee and come up with some cool ideas.
Roger that, thanks man!
Encouraging me to build out my 07 voodoo blue FJ and hit the trails! And get a dog…
Haha, definitely do both!
Coffee filter will catch that debris in the bottle 🥃 🤣
keep watching! 😉
lol i was also here immidiately after watching with hope in my heart it was strained! Looks like ill have to keep wtaching ;)
Silly question. Are you stopping into barber shops on your trips or how are you keeping your hair looking fresh on the road

I love your videos but no way would I drive a nice rig likes yours in saltwater.
Okay if you get to a car wash immediately and don’t forget to wash the undercarriage
Are you ever worried about BigFoot?
Or someone camped in that spot that also cleans up after themselves last. Its sad but there is 0 you can do about it unfortunately besides taking more with you than you brought!
The one by the river? Such a cool spot. It would be cool to hire a trash truck to come park for 30 minutes to throw it all in the back.
This is like Lord of the Rings but just the travel and no Orcs
