How is this set comparing to the Derwent pastel-set? I have that set for quite a while now, but although the colors are beautiful, I don't like the paint itself, it's a creamy substance and I can't seem to work with it. More water, less water, we just do not match...
But I love your drawing! It looks like a Dille & Kamille shop (love that shop!) 🙂

wow you are great, yes that is Dille and Kamille shop, but I did change it a bit haha so I think there is not one that looks exactly like that but really cool that you recognized it...
I will have to do more testing and maybe really compare the different sets in general. Working on a small image it did not really cause me any problems to have different type of colors because I tried to work more loose. For me the pastel colors felt milky in contrast to the others.. But I will do more comparison to get a deeper Info

@@color-dive I live in the Netherlands, everytime I'm in a city with a Dille & Kamille I must visit it, so that's why I saw it 😉
Thanks for your reply, I will follow you for more videos 😊

i'm really surprised by how easily those paints activated on the page, that definitely would not be ideal in the middle of a painting 😬

yeah, me too 😱. I will have to test them again and also on different papers, but I was really surprised

To become permanent they need to be a) fully dissolved and b) fully dry
