The judge might order a limited gag order meaning she wouldn't be allowed to talk about things or post about things that fall within certain parameters set in the order but again, I am not sure on what grounds it could be ordered. God, I used to work in fast food and when people would dump their tragic back stories on me as they paid, I would just stand there, saying "ooh nooo" and "I hope you have a better day", secretly wishing they would go tf away. I am not your therapist. I may have gone to school for psychology, but I went to become a researcher, not to sit you down on the counter and ask how your breakup or how your brothers wife's dads death affected you. In reality, I was thinking "I don't care. I don't know you and as soon as you walk away, you won't exist to me anymore. This is super uncomfortable and extremely unpleasant. Plus, I think you're extremely rude for dumping all your bullshit on a random person who barely makes enough to pay her bills just because you want some sympathy and aren't adult enough to control yourself in public. You're not even gonna tip me after making my shift so uncomfortable and bad, so f@$k you and I hope someone does this to you later, except I hope they drag it on 50 minutes longer". This lady is unbearable and evil. Not only f@%king with random employees to get sympathy to feed her addiction to attention, but then filming them as a means of getting more attention online. All while taking advantage of a man who horrifically died and putting it online for millions to gawk at while his family watches in anger. F@$K HER and everyone like her. So many are seemingly afflicted with Munchausen's syndrome or " " by proxy thanks to social media. The most despicable mental illness that I wish those who have it would get punched in the face, starting with her.

You don't do something nice for the thanks or approval of the world, you just do it; if the recipient doesn't thank you, then that's on them; if they thank you, great; if they want to shout your praises from the rooftops, awesome. If you shout your own praise from the rooftop (like posting on social media), then you're being a vain braggart.

It's more than just the money she could make from selling her soulless writings. That's not poetry, that's someone using words charged with energy to try and receive attention, praise, and admiration.
The true poets having underwent a life experience, speaking from that meaning and touched by the creator, are able to relay through language the sense of wonder and the sublime, and with their insight create a light within the people who heard them.
People seeing the power and influence garnered by these beings, craving that for themselves, learned how to imitate the effect. They became clever with their words, seeking to beguile with an agenda, instead of illuminate with unequivocal truth.
That shit she spat was a foul. It's like she thought the title Juilet Lives was a genius idea for a book, and crafted a means to that end. Her words are loud and hollow, filled with meaningless conviction. She is the embodiment of 'no shame.'
She has built an entire identity around this event. It defines her existence. Otherwise no one would give a damn about her, she'd just be another another lady hitting the wall.
It's pretty despicable and sad at the same time.

The family has confirmed as much. They had like 1 date and she barely knew him. The family is livid as they should be, don’t blame them at all. She’s a stalker of a dead man. Also trying to monetize the brutal killing of a man she is a basic stranger to, also. Gross doesn’t quite cover it.

If I was a drive through employee and some chick cried while telling me she is paying for the cars order behind her because her husband was murdered, I would absolutely not let those feelings/vibes be put on another customer who is just trying to order some food!! Nor would I give them a damn letter, I would simply tell them that the person in front of them paid for their order and have a beautiful, blessed day!!

I hope they have the right person behind bars for the homicide of her “husband”… I’m getting some Jodi Arias vibes. How does she have a letter ready to give to the car behind her? Did she just have this feeling that somebody behind her was going to be military? Does she have a bunch of pre-filled letters to spread her loving kindness? This is sick and if I was her ex-boyfriend’s family I’d be furious. She’s a narcissist to the extreme! I hope her books bomb I’m sorry not sorry but this is cruel to his family and other families of victims and completely disrespectful to the man who was killed.

My fiance died earlier this year and it has been insanely difficult to handle, especially online where any time I bring it up I just have to accept some people will be very rude about it. Even if he died five years ago I cannot imagine trying to monetize it. Just really bizarre and sad to watch.

The lows people go to just for a dollar never ceases to amaze me. She keeps saying “most gruesome homicide in Florida” as if they’re keywords for promo. Zero photos of them together. Zero mentions of her or him on either socials around the time he was “brutally murdered” yet she’s all giddy about things she enjoys on social media. How is she this upset today which is 10+ years from the tragedy yet seems completely fine closer to the actual date.

He in fact lived 2 more years B4 passing away. HOWEVER, other than this I'VE NEVER spoken about it randomly & even WORSE I was 8mnths pregnant and STILL NEVER tried getting ANYTHING out of his death. Idk Gen X just DOESN'T ROLL THAT WAY 🙄 Good LAWD get a LIFE. These people DON'T WANT TO GET A JOB, SMH. That's all I could do after that happened to me bc I had a NEWBORN. I HATE SOCIAL MEDIA & ESPECIALLY CCP CHINA'S POISONOUS CANCER that is TikTok 😡 It's RUINING today's youth & I wish it'd be BANNED . . . Your's Truly Gen X Woman Mom and Wife

Or maybe using the label "husband" turns up the sympathy dial a few notches. It's disgusting. I recall a lady who got famous for her "bravery" following the loss of her husband in the twin towers on 9/11.. except it never happened. People are gross.

I just visited her TikTok account and she's getting totally blasted in the comments on her videos. I'm honestly surprised she hasnt deleted the comments or turned off comment altogether. I'd love to see Robert's family send her a cease and desist at a minimum, and possibly sue her for fraud and emotional distress. She's exploiting and prolonging their pain, and there's a special place in hell for people like her.

She could easily say surviving family member or getting through the loss of a loved one. She doesn't have to say what happened over and over again in order to make a brand off of it. There are families that have been destroyed by violent crime so there's definitely a place for it, but you don't have to sell it like that, selling it on shock, which is not the right approach

I don't see any problem with someone making content about a loved ones passing if it's about helping others with the grieving process or if it's to bring awareness to drunk driving or fentanyl etc. Etc. But content like hers is so cringe and is clearly entirely self serving which makes it that much more cringe. It only takes watching a 1 or 2 of her or anyone's videos to really get a feel for their motives...and people like her are whats wrong with society. She should be ashamed honestly.

In Florida we have the Baker Act which is for mental health emergencies, and the Marchment Act which is for drug use. Looks like we need a third one now for disturbing the peace. Co-opting a dead man's story and upsetting his estate/living relatives has to be illegal or should be. But this state is so concerned about library books kids don't even read anyway.
