I am an acupuncturist. For sleep apnea and snoring, you need to consider taking Chinese herbs and eliminating dairy and other common allergens. They cause inflammation and swelling of the throat, which obstructs breathing. If you don't want Chinese herbs, take digestive enzymes with everything you eat. If you want further info, respond to this. I hate to see you suffering like this.

His C-PTSD course saved me from suicidal ideation five years ago and now his Unplug from Narc Matrix is fucking amazing. You get results with this man. His solutions focused, unlike many other narc experts who keep beating the same drum and keep you in a low vibration.

more like SOME disclipline, SOME structure, SOME quiet… do wim hof for a few days, your body fully stops reacting like it did the first few times and you’re adapted. The cold water is just aging you at that point.

@@nokateno idk….id think a min of 30 days to adapt …but then another 2 months to strengthen immune, and really fully climatized your body to the shock.. I’d think 🤔 if I decided to do ice baths…I think I’d set a three month challenge for my self before I would decide I’d gotten all I could from it and my body and brain has proven to no longer be reacting. I quit smoking, and no way would I even trust a puff to test my will power..in less than three months of breaking the routine ..idk why I think three months matters so much when it comes to even exercising, or any thing to do with changing the body

Wow. She literally just blew out a therapist for telling her her ex's diagnosis. If he's watching this, he can go back and hurt that doctor, and narcissistic people being so vengeful, he will do it if he sees this. I would never trust this woman now with confidentiality. That's a big deal in relationships for me, especially me being a massage therapist and being in therapy myself. Wow. Also, why were they seeing doctors in the same practice? Something definitely isnt right about this chick. Richard loves narcissistic women. She's saying all of the right things now, but this one is hiding things and she isnt doing a very good job of it to me who can see right through narcs now. RUN, RICHARD! RUUUUUN!

This woman is addicted to her own routine. She literally says she will die or go insane if she doesnt do her ice bath. He's an admitted codependent, and she's OCD. This is a match made in heaven for sure🤣🤣🤣 I was really excited to do this program with her and already signed up, and after watching half of this, wow. This is a scary pairing. How many times do you both talk about being anxious and the voices you need to quiet. Im so far along my journey after learning about NPD and meditating for years that I dont understand all of this anxiousness, or how you can't see that this is a bad relationship for both of you to enter into, but infatuation is blind.

Richard, have you considered mold might be contributing to your issues? It’s rampant in hot places where you need AC. The mold grows in the AC unit and then sprays spores in the air. I faced similar metabolic and respiratory issues when I moved to Florida. Look into mold toxicity, it’s really insidious.

Stella has what it takes to get RG back on track. This has to be a lifestyle change. Clean up the food intake and lower the inflammation. Many who have figured out which foods to eliminate got off their C pap in way less than a year and reversed their metabolic syndrome. Sugar is killing people...We now have kids with fatty liver and on Ozempic( sp?).
This is exciting to witness. Good Luck to all!

Richard, it would be wonderful if you did more conversations like this. It was so therapeutic and helpful listening to other victims stories and experience of narcissism. The specific examples she gave and identifying with it with your own experience adds to our education of the matter. So true how narcissists take a tiny thing you did and make it a huge issue to deflect from themselves.

She says she goes "crazy" without the suffering of her ice baths. She's addicted to pain and pushing through it the way you have to do in narcissistic relationships, especially with parents. I know because ive been there. This woman is not a healed person, and you, @Richard Gannon, are smitten with her because you like broken baby birds. This is a match made in Hell for sure. Toxic relationships via narcissists in families or partners puts one's stress hormone cortisol way up. You are constantly in fight flight mode. High cortisol raises insulin levels and blood sugar levels. This can eventually cause insulin resistance. Add this type of stress to a high carb/sugar diets packed with seed oils is a catalyst for metabolic disorder. Also, if you do not eat enough sodium for your body your insulin will go up.

My late boyfriend had sleep apnea. I used to nudge him all the time while he slept because there were times he'd stop for a long period of time and it would freak me out. He didn't pass away from that, he had an aggressive form of liver cancer, but it is scary to see when your partner stops breathing...especially when they don't re-start right away. It interrupted my sleep, not only because I was afraid he'd stop altogether, but he was loud. Restarting would often be met with coughing or just loud snorting type sounds.
On a side note about nasal sprays...they are THE worst. I will never use them again. I remember having a cold a long time ago and being terribly stuffed up so I bought some OTC spray and after two weeks, I was still using it when I thought, I should be well over this cold by now. I realized that I'd become "addicted" to the spray and so my nasal passages would inflame unless I used it. I spent one terribly miserable night without it, but it did the trick. My passages finally cleared on their own and I was fine. I don't have any real sense of smell anymore (it goes in and out) but I don't know if that has anything to do with it or it's due to something else, but that's been an issue for me for years now.

The acid between the lemon, and the apple cider vinegar, will eat through your tooth enamel.
It's like somebody just decided to take all of the ingredients they could think of and decide to drink them. I think most people would have severe side effects and gastric issues, putting cayenne pepper and lemon and ginger and maple and apple cider vinegar into their belly every day.

I'm with RG, I don't think I could do ice baths. Sauna ? yeah ! What the ice bath does is pull your blood circulatory system inside to your organs and inner body to keep you warm. So when you get out, the blood again rushes to the extremities. A minute of cold water at the end of a shower is sufficient... in my opinion

Is there a correlation between certain health issues like sleep apnea, metabolic syndrome, other gut issues or oral issues and borderline personality disorder? I ask because I know others who have BPD and also high blood pressure, sleep issues like extreme snoring, mouth breathing , halitosis. So curious! I’d also love to see what gut microbiomes look like in those who have certain cluster b personalities. Thank you for sharing.

Sounds like he probably needs a CPAP machine at night. What you describe is a telltale sign of sleep apnea. You might want to tell him, as he's probably chronically lacking (good) sleep. If he's unwilling to hear you out, then I guess he's "making his own bed" on that one, unfortunately..

    • @pickle9753
      @pickle9753 8 месяцев назад

@@americandingo1109I left him three years ago after being exploited and extorted by him. I was played in a long con.
I did tell him multiple times when we were together over those years. Now I don’t really give a rats ass what he does with himself since he never listened to me any way. Rn he’s probably more concerned about finding a lawyer to try and cover his abuse and crimes, rather than his health. He wasn’t concerned about his own well being when we were together because he narcissistically thinks he is a god and will never die 🤷🏻‍♀️
He moved into the spare room to punish me when I finally had enough and started to go to Al anon meetings instead of continuing to hide his dirty little secrets any more. 😳🤷🏻‍♀️
I’m not his mommy..she can try to help him get help now because I won’t do it with some one who is only going to fight me the entire way 🤷🏻‍♀️ my sons are grown and healthy…he isn’t my responsibility..I couldn’t trust him enough to follow through with the marriage unfortunately..so he’s not my problem any more. 😳
I don’t have sleep apnea, but I would like a CPAP just for the extra oxygen and health benefits alone. I think it’s a great idea and everybody should adjust to sleeping with them on. I bet you everyone would feel way better and have much better productive days if they got used to sleeping with one on. I was tempted to get one of those little purse size ones to carry around with me While I’m at home cleaning house and breathing deep 😂🤪😋 I bet you my skin would look phenomenal after a month of it. 🤟😂😂
