This helps out a ton. I wasn't able to complete a full body workout before i found this one, due to my hypermobile wrists. I have almost no pain after doing the whole thing!

Nice workout. Gentle, but effective. I burned 125 calories and my abs are on fire.

Guys if we do a 500 calorie burn exercise do we have to do eat less then the number of calories burned
Eating less than 500 calories a day will probably kill you.
where is 35 minutes and 40 minutes version of no jumping workout videos?
