    Many of you have been requesting "wrist friendly" workouts...Your wish is my command. I've created one just for you! I hope this helps for those of you who struggle with wrist pain/injury. And even if you don’t it’s still a great full body workout!

    This helps out a ton. I wasn't able to complete a full body workout before i found this one, due to my hypermobile wrists. I have almost no pain after doing the whole thing!

    Guys if we do a 500 calorie burn exercise do we have to do eat less then the number of calories burned

    too many floor exercises. It gets boring midway.
