    I started working out at the end of Aug and I was doing some other HIIT trainings, that begin to give me back and knee pain. This morning I remembered following you channel a couple of weeks back, and men, I'm here for the long run. I couldn't believe I managed to stay till the end of this and actually feeling energized! Amazing work Oliver! :)
    (why this an achievement for me? because until Aug 2022 my only exercise was getting out of chair and going to the kitchen. I was 102kg. Today I'm 92kg.)

    It became a pleasurable and steady daily activity. We appreciate your time and appreciate your amazing films. Today I ate two packs of shin ramyun Noddles and needed to burn off the calories, thus I needed this workout. This is just what I needed after sitting all day at the workplace. Thank you very much!!!
