Perhaps say for example 5 videos per round and number them as can be lost as to where we are or how long before each session ends..Great otherwise..left all other trainers on RUclips and stuck to yours due really good workouts. Thanks for these..

love the warm up a the start. this seems good for beginners. i was expecting something more intense but I will try another.
Yes this one is low impact, a little bit easier. Try one of the high impact ones, I think you'll find them more challenging 🔥
