    I will follow this workout for one month and update my daily progress gradually:
    Starting Status:
    - Weight: 102-103 kg (195 cm)
    Goal (Target):
    - Weight: 98-97 kg
    Day 1 (10-3): Dropped at 15:00
    Great workout. . my main goal is to build discipline ..i am depressed and am trying to Wake up ..

    I'm struggling with a long term ankle injury so these no jumping and lots of floor work are perfect for me! I will say I do think the press jacks count as jumping motion so I have to skip those.

    I dropped at 24:22 minutes, killer workout, really enjoying this, it’s always a new workout and really keeps things exciting

    love this one and especially how you show what the next exercise is before the time starts, very helpful and efficient. definitely need to get stronger on the arms though to handle all of this plank exercises 😅 will definitely be subscribing!!

    have a badly prolapsed lumbar discs and can't really do any jumping ...this workout was sooooo perfect for me.....thank u soooo much...!!!!!! it wud be even more awesome if u can add progression scale and calorie burnt..👍👍👍

    I not gonna lie I stopped I few times and I did high knee raises when I was suppose to be doing lunges but this is a good workout. I’ll save this one in my archives.

    Loved this great core work! First time doing one of your workouts. My only critique is maybe have the timer beep a little louder 😊. Thank you and keep these low impact ones coming! I had foot surgery on my plantar fascia so can’t jump for a year.

    Great workout! Only there is jumping! 😅🙈 so I had to do 2 exercises by myself because I am doing workout in an apartment during early morning. 🤣 The neighbors under me would not be happy with the jumping workout. So please, next time if you write no jumping, so no jump! 😁😉🙏❤️

    Hey, I did the workout today. I am thrilled! Except for the unit that I felt put too much stress on the hip flexor. I don't like doing planks. Instead, I did reverse plank. My suggestion: an isometric workout! Would that be something for you? Thanks for sharing your workouts!

    Do you have any suggestions for low impact exercises that intense enough to reach higher heart rates 150+?
    None of these get me above 145 even going all out with hundreds of reps.
