I have suspected hEDS and did this workout today for the first time. I used to be a dancer, have worked out a lot and have tried so many different types of workouts due to joint pain. I swear, following this video is the first time in my life that I've experienced absolutely ZERO joint pain exercising. Like, none what so ever. I didn't even think that was possible. Thank you so much for this!
I sooo appreciate the little stretches for the hips because mine are so tight, it helps me to transition from one movement to another - thank you so much!!!
this is such an amazing workout session, i feel burning in my core and glutes, but it's not painful in any means! i feel really energized, tysm for this video ^____^
hi!! i loved doing pilates when i was a kid and young teenager, but when i was 16, i injured my acl, and a year later, i was diagnosed with an autoimmune form of arthritis which mainly affected my wrists and knees. i have since had a successful surgery on my acl and my arthritis medication has stopped any pains i had during everyday activities, but i still find it difficult to do exercises that put weight on my knees or wrists. this video was amazing! the only exercise that gave me any trouble at all was holding the bridge position! thank you so much for keeping us in mind 💙
This was lovely! I want to get into pilates and I tried some beginner workout where in most of the moves you had to support yourself up all the time. I could only do a couple of minutes before sharp pain on the back of my hand forced me to stop. I was so frustrated but I then found this workout and it made me feel better :) I've had problems with my right hand and wrist for years because I write so much by hand and with a computer. The pain has also slowed me down from strengthening my arms in yoga and pilates. Hopefully I'll find a way to get rid of the pain but in the meantime I'm glad I found this video
I’m really happy that this style of class helped you 💗 you’re definitely not alone with the wrist pain & I’ll be sure to add more workouts like this to help 🫶🏽
Omg!!! I just have found your channel and this workout was Great! Recently i had a surgery on my wrist and i didnt workout but now i found this video and I can come back to my routine ❤ (sorry if there is any mistakes but English is not my first language) 😅

Hey there, I am so so happy that you are enjoying the workouts 🤩 Thank you so much for your kind words & for sharing the good vibes with your friends 🫶🏽 I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to connect and I hope you continue to enjoy the classes 💕
Thanks so much for this Felt the workout, but also relaxed Also, for those who don't know this good news, I just wanna let you know that there's a GOD who loves you so much. He loves you so much that He sent HIS Son, Jesus Christ, to this earth to die for our sins. He rose on the third day. He conquered sin, hell, death, and the grave. I encourage you to start a true relationship with GOD because that's why we were reconciled to Him through Jesus. Confess that Jesus is LORD, and believe with your heart that GOD raised Him from the dead and you'll be saved.
Great workout but please understand that a LOT of people's wrist pain originates from the elbow or puts more pressure on the elbow because of all those nerve pathways. I appreciate you giving options and acknowledging that everyone has different needs, but for someone with nerve pain like me "hopefully the pressure is put on the elbow rather than the wrist" is counterintuitive (and could be harmful if someone doesn't understand what's happening in their body). I suspect my wrist pain may originate from putting pressure on my elbows like that in the past.
Hey there, Thank you so much for your comment and for sharing your experience. You make extremely valid points. I agree that it is imperative for people practicing at home to be aware of their individual pathologies and limitations, and to seek professional medical guidance if they are unsure - Thank you for highlighting this! I have a 5-Day Wrist Friendly series that includes minimal weight-bearing exercises on not only the wrists/hands but also the elbows. You can check it out here: ruclips.net/p/PLfaNEhWMyyzkaLXiVl2WuiBU_RFkb6acB&si=LN7FVuPXuGzLT8b6 Please note: * Day 4 of the series is not suitable for those with elbow-related wrist pain. * Day 1 has one exercise performed on the elbows that can be easily modified to lying on the back instead. Thank you again for connecting and for your valuable feedback :) Liv

I cannot hear a thing that you are saying. The microphone does not seem to be working.
