  • Welcome to your 5 DAY WRIST FRIENDLY PILATES SERIES.
    All classes are designed for those with wrist issues and include NO weight bearing exercises on the hands. This is perfect if you want a consistent, full body Pilates routine but struggle to find workouts that don't include painful exercises.
    Some of the workouts involve equipment but it is absolutely NOT necessary and the whole challenge can be done without.

    Omg…. This was AWESOME! You don’t think standing only can be effective but oh my goodness. This was wonderful for building strength without my wrists holding any weight. 🎉
