The prosecutor failed to mention that he was dispatched to her home to protect her but he caught her completely by surprise and gunned her down with zero opportunity to comply, even though absolutely everything she was doing was completely lawful.

The department knew he was a danger to the community. His file had reports they didnt trust him, discipline issues other concerns but they released him on trusting community anyway. But no one else is going to be held accountable.

If you guys are lucky to get to the age of that neighbor you will come to realize a lot of older people don’t dive right into a situation where they might get killed. Me personally I would do it. But I would bring protection. People have to stop calling police so fast. Investigate yourself. And if you need to call police then call them. They're tired. They're angry. And some may have the attitude I'm shooting the first burgerler I see. Because they may be tired of crime and want to be the judge and jury. So be careful calling 911.
Huh... the defense claims that this call was predetermined as a "silent alarm" and not a welfare check response... with even three indications of burglary included upon arriving. This sounds down the line with the attorney even presenting law-based papers im.guessing... to reaffirm his conclusions regarding Aaron's actions. Although Aaron was ultimately fired from the police station for whatever reasoning... and the prosecution still insists that firstly getting the inhabitants attention was the right thing to do. It also at least sounded like she made issue with the two officers not mentioning aloud their suspicions of burglary (based on the 3 indications) for their recorders to pick up. However, if there was already suspicion of some sort of foul play before arriving and furthermore a basis of evidence upon arriving, then it mayve been strategic for the officers to be even as quiet as possible, making way towards potential suspects as surprisingly as they could, especially for any chance there could be of someone being held captive.
Let's hope this doesn't happen to any of YOUR family.

Okay but how then did he just decide to kill the occupant you can make all of the excuses you want but that was murder. I have a right as a citizen to protect my home and family as you said robberies had been reported, now someone suspicious is lurking around my home yes I would get my gun and find out what is going on. They could have easily listen at the front door ,since the family inside was in the back!!! Of the house.
Had they just taken the time to access their positions ,not acting like a burglar themselves it would have gone differently, if they just announced themselves ,all would have been well, but stupidity sets in the heart of the officer, then the unthinkable happens, because they think the worst of the neighborhood their in.
Had it been a white neighborhood would they not announce themselves first,and render aid if need be.

My theory is the officer suffocated Tatiana when they removed her nephew he was alone with her after his partner said she doesn’t want to go to jail…..
