I don't think I've ever seen a fat patrol officer in Finland.....altho tbh, I rarely see police officers at all. I guess they're busy solving crimes, rather than driving around looking for possible new crimes. I have to say tho, while I love having cops so chill and not deadly, it doesn't make for great tv. I tried watching the finnish version of Cops and all they seem to do is herd drunk people from one area to another ^^' They don't even bother running after thieves, they know where they live anyway so they'll just pay them a visit later on XD

Manslaughter is a charge more applicable for someone who kills someone in a DUI crash or playing with a firearm and it accidentally discharges resulting in someone dying. Well, I’m not a psychologist or anything, but according to what I’ve learned, Aaron probably knew what questions we’re going to be asked by the other three psychologist because of the first interview that he had, so he was able to manipulate them.

This officer went on private property, shot the home owner without identifying himself, without getting permission from the homeowner, without alerting anyone that he was even there.
Anyone put in her situation not only would have acted in the same manner but has the constitutional and state right to grab their firearm and defend themselves from what they perceived as a threat.
This officer made poor judgement, if they want to blame the policies of the police it doesn't matter someone has to be held accountable an innocent woman lost her life and morally we can't just turn a blind eye to that and hide behind more failed police policies, not only that Dean contradicted himself several times on the stand as to how he performs his duties and at best it was inconsistent at worst he flat out lied.
This officer cannot get probation, he must serve time and the police policies have to be completely revamped and the certification and evaluation process of who is hired also needs to be completely reworked, it's shocking that the initial determination of this officer was that he was not suited for the job and that a board would overturn that shows either the flaws in that system or the disregard for the protections that should have prevented him from being hired.

You gotta master a lot mathematical tools to make it through most engineering schools.

Teaching isn't all about the knowledge, it is also about knowing people and the best way to show them how to learn. Not everyone learns the same, so if you don't have people skills you will not know how to teach that individual. Also like the psychologist said he lacks patience for others, that's part of teaching as well. I have worked in the education system on the college level since 2008. Knowing math and teaching it is 2 different things. Alot people have knowledge but can't teach it.

Nothing new here. 75% of individuals who pursue a career in law enforcement are not suitable to be cops. It's scary and dangerous enough for those who truly want to work in neighborhoods and actually meet the people and interact with them. Individuals who pursue it for those reasons are the only ones who could even be considered good cops. Because why else would a Person willfully fight for a dangerous job that in most places about what you could make as a entry level manufacturing plant. Who would fight and put in the hard word and take all the risk to be a cop? A narcissist. People that are emotionally weak and seek authority positions. Why do you think his partner testified against him. She knows what he really is and she knows there are many more like him. I've encountered many bad cops, no morals, complete lack of character or integrity. And I've met more than a couple of cops that had some of the most beautiful spirits I've ever came across. I've met cops and after speaking with them for a couple of minutes I actually wished I could have had them as a older brother or sister. But we have to assume most cops are bad because if the top people are allowing such people to be paid to do a awful job then they can't be good how would that make sense? Then you have the cops that know there colleagues are scum just by their personality. But they don't report them so if someone is doing bad things acting and saying inappropriate things and you say and do nothing that makes you a bad cop to. So there are plenty of bad. And unfortunately people it's a fact and no one like to hear it but if you ignore or won't acknowledge something you can't be the solution. There are more not good people in this world than there are good people. We want to hope and wish and think that the good rule and run the world but it's actually the opposite. Starvation, hunger, abuse, homelessness, neglect, drugs and that's criminals and branches of law and government involved in that, medication that costs pennies to produce being sold for hundreds of dollars. I won't go on. A prayer for they good to someday change the hearts of the not good hearted or caring
