Even if it was'nt a cop, a Karen is well known to follow a black person around, causing a hypervigilant reaction to defend yourself, Althiemer experienced what every black body felt when a racist Karen or self appointed white deputy follows and harasses a black person, spider senses, augmented hearing, smell, tensing of every muscle on your body, super speed , strength and athletic reflexes, anything to escape and survive the situation! This is a five centuries practice for all black and discriminated victims! You'll even notice when you tense up, you have strength and muscle you did'nt know was there, you suddenly display a survival natural marshial arts ability that was'nt there before! It's a defense mechanism built in by God to all creation! Anybody in Althiemer's situation have that ability when you are in mortal fear of your life, but black people have experienced this so much, because of white supremacy and Karenesity, most black people have trained themselves to superman like levels to protect themselves! Because of this all black people should be the absolute greatest martial artist to exists because of such hypervigilance!

Why is it they never mention that the Sheriff was drunk? Why was he not tested? Answer? Same reason they sent 40 cops to deal with a paper delivery person. We have a problem in this country and it is called accountability.

I can remember this video and the guy who called the police making a false report and 40 officers turned up for a guy deliving papers like he has for 2years Mr Troyer lied to police to get a emergency response and could have got the paper guy killed,Troyer a dangerous individual and shouldn't be in Law inforcement.
When will he be sentenced? I like seeing the face of the judge also. Why do these police people lie under oath and never get charged for purgery? This has to stop.
I saw that video multiple times and he never once threatened the police officers or anybody he just wanted to do his deliveries and he’s sick and tired of being singled out because of his race. No he does look very suspect that this keeps happening to him when he’s trying to deliver newspapers, if they’ve observed for 15 seconds they’d see that the next 15 seconds he’s doing the same thing throwing the newspaper out to the next person’s yard and the next person, Jared, etc. that doesn’t make him a criminal that makes him an employed person and he shouldn’t have to be in court because the police or prejudiced
The video displays the interaction between the cops and the delivery driver not the confrontation initiated by the delivery driver when he thought he was being followed by sheriff Troyer. But the video we do have shows an irate young man who is angry enough to defensively and childishly say “ stop following me I would kill you”

No he never threatened a police officer. He was the one that was being held against his. Will he answered every question that they had and it just wasn’t good enough many of them has seen him deliver the newspaper this is his route. He has seen them before as well. This is obviously a target that they put on, the defendant, he is an innocent victim of policing gone bad because they are rogue and anybody who’s seen the video knows what happened and that’s the evidence before you as well. The public knows what really happened and the officer who is describing this is being anything, but what it really was should also be doing jail time for lying under oath

One thing I would like to ask why did the sheriff call for backup and if you were scared for his life why did he not ever pull his weapon and why did he not call dispatch back to tell him that was no threat if he was not trying to even get the paper man shot or scared out of his wits. Everything the sheriff did shows that he never perceived the threat and that he was trying to get the paper man injured physically or emotionally because he had nothing on demand and it seems as if you knew the man was a paper man when he decided to harass him in the first place. And armed officer working that job as long as he has wouldn't know better than to confront a potential criminal that time of morning without a weapon.

They are not allowed to lie on the stand though. They can lie to suspects, but not in a trial. And I agree that it's not good that cops can do that, except that some really bad criminal cases have been solved because the cops were able to lie to real suspects to make them believe they had evidence they didn't have.
But, that can also cause an innocent person to confess - which is why it should never be allowed.

You mean a Public Pretender, they pretend to be your Attorney, but there secretly trying to help the Sheriff, because they work with the Courts and gets paid by the Courts, the same people he's Sueing. I'm really surprised your not aware of that. You always need your own Private Attorney that you pay.
That's funny, you'd think Troyer being a police officer and the President funded 300 million, they'd have good high paying, qualified immunity defending counsel to defend one of their own! Am I wrong? A public defender? Troyes must've really messed up lying on Althiemer, or Troyer has a long history of filing false reports! It has to be one or the other!

To Mr. Troyer: Mr. Altzheimer is your newspaper carrier and you falsely accused him of making violent threats to you when, in fact, he was calmly asking you if you were a cop and why you were following him. I am glad that you not only lost your job in law enforcement but you also earned yourself a permanent ban from ever working in public everywhere. If there are people who insist on being on your side, they are just as guilty as you are.

Prosecutor did well, but failed to mention a few things, like alcohol, hmmm. Judge is all in for the cops, that little show , on another video; I think, was to convince you otherwise.
This judge is wrong they should be sequestered into a room by themselves not allowed to go home this should be over within hours they should be requested into the room that they are put in and they are to talk about this case this judge is trying to protect this officer and you can tell that immediately they all judge has also committed a First Amendment violation which is a class a felony and he can't be removed from the bench
This bastard should be in jail for at least a decade for attempting to weaponize the police! This needs to be looked at by The Federal Court. Hopefully, he files and wins a civil case!💯
