I would like to know how or why when a cop kill or murder someone especially in their own home it takes so long to send the cop to prison? But when a black person shoots back and kill a cop with 24 hours they are locked up, charged and sentenced if not kill n the way to jail. He needs to go to prison asap, that child will suffer the rest of his life from the trauma he caused him and his family. He shows no remorse, just like the cops who murdered Brianna Taylor.

11 year peace officer here to educate. What this came down to was bad tactics that stemmed from inexperience. Calls like these happen all the time. The chances of you rolling up on a burglary in progress off of a radio call are slim but they aren’t none. Still, good Practice is to take precautions upon approach to the structure. A call like this I would probably park away from the house where I could get the long eye and call back the neighbor, see what she knows about the residents. Then I would run the cars in the driveway. Yeah also see if the neighbor could give me a number or call themselves to the owner of the house. Have my secondary unit go to the front door while I go to the back of the driveway where I could see the back door for containment purposes. We will call for one more unit and then they would knock on the front door and announce Fort Worth police. If she couldn’t hear all the way to the front then I would announce at the back with my big boy voice POLICE, POLICE, Fort Worth Police! Anyone inside this address come to the front door and meet with the officers! Would’ve situated itself at that point.

Court:...do you swear to tell the truth....
Aaron: yes...just not the first time I'm asked. 🤦‍♂️
Wasn't Aaron asked to swear an Oath to uphold Our Constitution and Our Rights within? Yet, here he is violating that Oath. Why would this court believe Aaron has the character to tell the truth?
Hey Aaron, I think your body cam does a better job of telling the truth than yourself 🤷‍♂️

So you really just tried to use I WAS LOOKING DOWN THE BARREL OF A GUN while crying with no tears at all coming out to gain sympathy from the jury after just saying you was yelling let me see your hands hands up duh you suppose to have been looking down the barrel of a gun if someone hears noise outside their home then look out their window and see someone just yelling because their inside their house thinking a random stranger is outside trying to come in thru the window maybe if you would have been yelling police police you could have used that statement you made about LOOKING DOWN THE BARREL OF A GUN but by you not identifying yourself you made yourself look like a SUSPECT (intruder) to her now you trying to play victim like she did something wrong when really the only victims was her nephew because she was in her own home she had every right to try and use deadly force to defend her and her nephew from what looks like a complete stranger who is trying to gain access to her home thru her bedroom window‼️

There's nothing he can say or do that will change his very stupid actions first of all he didn't announce himself as police at all he and his partner crept up looking for a burglar I'm sure a car was in the driveway at the home so he didn't call for the home owner or even a resident. Then he started his search at some point in time he came to the glass door where Mrs Jefferson was standing looking for someone creeping in the backyard according to the other person in the home. She wasn't aware police had been even called so her legal right as a gun owner in your own residence and was still inside all of a sudden Mr dean saw her and her pistol instantly got tunnel vision and shouted hands up police!! Followed by a gunshot to the chest in the heart not a shot in the leg or anywhere else he shot right to the chest it seems after he commanded to put ur hands up she honestly had no time to follow his commands he fired as he was still talking I think my wife said a second after..Either way she couldn't even comply to his commands in my eyes it seems he was looking for a reason or excuse so he could pull the trigger and get away with another police officer involved shooting or killing. And what really made me kinda sick to my stomach was the lack of remorse after shooting the home owner.I mean not the slightest bit of remorse almost like he feels justified in what he did. This trial sure has some weird turns in it for example dismissing the jury for almost a week when the prosecution rested it's case.If this man is found not guilty that will be the worst mistake since the Rodney king suspects trials in Los angeles.lord knows he deserves to go to prison for a long time in my book.Alot of cops put in the same situation would've handled this differently police officers are supposed to use good judgement and not be trigger happy But smart and protective also and good judges of characters and situations also. This guy fails out of second grade when it comes down to good judgememt and has a serious lack of sympathy and shouldn't of been hired as a cop to begin with...rest easy Mrs Jefferson...

Omg, this deadly situation is tragic - everyone's worst nightmare!!
    I'm speechless.
A concerned neighbour does what any neighbour would do: Call the police to check on his neighbour's house as there's an open door of the house and it's been open for an unusually long time. It's an upscale neighbourhood.
Police arrive and invade the home, killing the young woman innocently playing video games INSIDE THE HOME with her 8 year old nephew. Why didn't they follow their training and Standard procedure? This officer is not a cold blooded, racist killer cop like the one in George Floyd's case. He sounds experienced and competent. What happened to 2 cops on scene.
