I can't stand people who think that failing to kiss the feet of state agents constitutes a crime.
Crazy to think that all of these people can sit there and call themselves "sane" while they're having an aside during a MURDER trial about a guy who was discussing what this criminal officer DESERVES.
So there should have been an investigation and not just someone being snatched up in court for not being a witness... this is ridiculous.

Basically the judge admitted to breaking the law and his oath to the constitution. Why did the judge not get the lawyer charged with contempt for proseceturial misconduct? Mata could not be sworn in as a witness as he was not a party to the crime. The judge should have beed charged with kidnapping!

Manuel Mata is a well known cop watcher who lives not too far from where Aaron Dean killed Atatiana Jefferson. It appears that the defence attorney and the judge conspired to have him removed from the proceedings. Firstly they tried to have him sworn in as a witness, which would mean he would not be allowed to sit in the auditorium, then the judge revoked his bonds related to spurious charges he got while cop watching, which led to him being taken into custody.
Bonds are re-enstated because you Judge fu ked up revoking them.
At 0:59 this lawyer calls a ‘balaclava’ a ‘baklava’, which is a small cake like sweet eaten in the middle east and Mediterranean. 😂😂😂😂

It always so amazing how criminals/police have no feelings toward their victims or their victims family’s pain and grief yet scream bloody murder when they and theirs are the subject of criminal actions of others.

This is what was alleged what he said, Star-Telegram video from Thursday outside the courthouse showed a group chanting “No justice, no peace” at Dean’s family or supporters as they walked to their cars. One man yelled “Y’all hear that? That’s Fort Worth telling y’all how they feel about your (expletive) brother.” Mata appeared to be in the crowd but it is unclear whether he was one of the people yelling.
He was targeted and he has a lawsuit. If he gets a good civil attorney.
Because they give everyone bail. Why was Brooks out on bail when he had just assaulted and ran over his girlfriend?
@@88jeebs no sweetie, try to keep up. He has a bond from a current car. The judge revoked that bond and put him back in jail because Mata wouldn't testify during this trial. The judge had to reinstate that bond and set him free
@@mseunice7729 he didn't have to do anything. He could have left them revoked and set a new bail for contempt if he wanted to. The judge just wanted to show him who has the bigger stick. I was speaking in general.

What this judge and the defense lawyers did to Civil rights activists, especially Manuel Mata, was so wrong. Alledgedly these activists were witnesses for the defense and it was b/s. I remember seeing when Activist Mata was arrested in this court room and it was shady!

Auditors themselves rarely make sense, they are just scoundrels harassing public and public officials. Until guilt has been determined, Mata has the right to a bond, alas.
Well if officials would act as they should we would not have a this trial... so the concept of auditors only exist is the US, I wonder why ? Why there but not here ? How exactly is this legal? The conduct if true is morally unacceptable. But yanking someone's bail does not seem like a valid option here for the judge. Aren't bonds meant to make sure someone shows up to court? Or am I missing something? Isn't the guy at court when he doesn't need to be? Is this what judicial misconduct looks like?

Bonds have rules attached which invariably include not breaking the law. He broke the law by making terroristic threats - therefore Manuel’s bond was revoked.

I personally don't believe anything the defense lawyers are saying in this situation because they did a lot of dirty stuff in the case. The judge is telling a story in my opinion because I have looked up some of the incidents of the activist Mata on RUclips and the police Officers were ones escalating the situations. One incident, Mata was video taping a traffic stop and he was arrested for video taping the police stop! Something shady was happening in the courtroom and it wasn't Mata. I didn't know who Manuel Mata was until the judge and the defense lawyers did that stunt in court. The defense lawyers were unprofessional and unethical in how the swore people in court as their witnesses but never used them. Then the judge tells them that they can not speak about this case because they are witnesses. Shady. I'm a Layman and I see that. Justice department needs to investigate this situation.
