A lot of men do. some escorts require identification ahead of booking. I know a guy who would see escorts, pay them through venmo (on private) then continuously scour their venmo pages for other people who paid the girls, many of them left the transaction public. he'd then go to through their venmo to get as much information and figure out who they are. If they had a girlfriend or wife, he would blackmail them, but he would start off small with like a grand and then steadily increase it once the people were already invested. eventually it just gets too much and they stop replying, he never actually exposed any of them once they stopped paying though.

Instead of upping the blackmailing amount to $50K and signing some sort of agreement, he put out hundreds of thousands to hire kllrs, which almost always never works out.
Blackmailing is illegal. So if he would tell them to sign an agreement to never blackmail him again or he'll go to the police, I'm sure they won't blackmail again, especially after getting $50K.
Contracts are only legally binding when they are pertaining to legal issues. You cannot force someone to contract to something illegal and you cannot hold someone liable for breaking a contract that involved illegal activity. Blackmail is illegal. Also, if they decided to ignore the contract, taking it to court would make everything public anyways.
He eventually paid out a million, HE filed for divorce from his wife anyway and is still sat in prison with no one putting a dime on his commissary because everyone hates him now. His ex-wife, his kids, his brothers and sisters, his parents, aunts and uncles and cousins. He tarnished the family name. They had to sell the entire family business due to the shame and the fact that no one would do business with them any more because their name is associated with a heinous callous murderer.
So criminals on both sides,kinda hard to feel sorry for any of them.
