He is wrong in saying "Aaron Dean is being judged for a second in his life." Before he shot that woman he prowled around her house and entered without identifying himself. That is what caused this whole problem.

He made a terrible decision, and should spend at least a decade in prison (if not more). At least he has a chance to have a future. Atatiana doesn't have that option.

If he does any time at all he will be in protected custody or solitary confinement for his safety due to his high profile case. It’s different for any law enforcement official who has been convicted of a crime in prison. The daily grind and dangerous general population inmates he will never know. In my opinion he will be sentence to probation or no more than 12 years. I know if I was as a regular black citizen would have been convicted of manslaughter I would get nothing less than the maximum sentence possible. Perhaps they can help you with that decision as it's possible that they will say he was very polite as he gave me a ticket
Perhaps they will tell how he helped them out as they changed a tire and he keeps his lights on letting others know.
Perhaps some will say he had no reason to arrest me and charges were tossed.
At times answers are easy at times not so easy
But anyone standing in Side with lights on can't see anything outside if it's totally dark unless it's possible only a inch or so away from the window.
This was a sad day for all officers as well as the people who are supposed to be served by them.
