I guess a judge can force you to testify as if you don't have a right to get up there and remain silent.
This is why our society is so messed up, the government infiltrated propaganda outlets lie to the masses and the masses just accept it. They know you can seek out the information and inform yourself, but they also know you're lazy and rather be told what to think than go out and think for yourself. What witness? Matta? he was an activist just watching.
Judge seemingly was involved in a ploy to get him. it's a long story but imagine you're an activist watching a trial, n the judge, out of no where, tells u to swear in as a witness. you'd want clarification. u may also have the right to remain silent. judge never gave an order, he just asked, then randomly had him arrested. it makes no sense unless it's a power trip and or set up. nice pic by the way
