@@CassiyJohnson thank you!❤️ and i would say consistency. I list about 10 shirts a day on average. My SEO has gotten better, designs have gotten better with more practice, and buying good mock-ups. I’ve put all of the advice you provided into practice and I have seen great improvement. You’ve truly helped me understand SEO.

Do you suggest sticking to black and white or mite tones for your apparel? If A design looks good on bright blue would you use it so it's eye catching or stick neutral?

I am so sorry this happened to you, it’s pretty normal and happens to a lot of new sellers, but it is still very frustrating! Here are a few ideas of things to try to get your account back. 1. Make sure you file an appeal with support@etsy.com - this can take up to two weeks to hear back and sometimes they don't even message you to let you know. So try to login once per day until it's back. If this doesn't work, then move on to the next steps! 2. You can request a call directly from Etsy using this link help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?segment=selling&fbclid=IwAR3XJULkao3ZPR8XcOEf2A7143n87XtjCzbC9f7tMInFw9RW3sHJhOEmif8#issue_sell_manage_listings-callback 3. You can file a complaint with the better business bureau on their website I know this is all a pain but hopefully just having them call you/filing an appeal will get it fixed! Best of luck!

@@ksaas9 Ahh I think you are talking about shop announcements! When you edit your shop at the bottom you will see shop announcements. I don't really use that but I do see lots of stores using that.

Yes I have totally done this, great tip! I will have to add using vela into my video on how to set up your store. I don't use it for anything else because I have heard a few horror stories on people trying to bulk edit pricing and accidentally messing it up etc. But I did add photo cards to all my listings with it once for sure.

Typically there is a few weeks lag on people finding and buying your stuff from when you first initially post it unless it is a super trendy hot item that tons of people are searching for right now. Because that is the other piece of it, again you need to make sure that your design is great and your mock-ups are great as well so people who see you in search, actually click your listing!

I sell mostly White and Athletic heather shirts to women but Black comes in a close Third. The only other color I sell is typically Heather Peach sometimes and in the fall I also sell Maroon.

So glad you have been enjoying my videos!! For it to be clickable, you just have to copy the full URL including the www. part at the beginning. When you do it right, it will not be blue like you see on other websites, it will just have a little black line under it.

So glad you are enjoying my content! I never thought I would grow like I have either, so don't tell yourself that. With some hard work, honestly anyone could do what I have and with these tips or the LHC course, you could do it way faster!! The course is great and all of the info in it is timeless, the real things you would get out of the course is the exact action steps to take and when, what mindset to have, what to worry about and what not to worry about and great workflow tips! The course wasn't out yet when I started though so you can do just fine with the free stuff on RUclips as well. Just depends on how you like to learn, if you want to go at your own pace and figure it out as you go, look at different creators channels to get all the answers then perfect. Or if you like just to have one person telling you step by step what to do, then the course could be for you. Hope that helps!!

I just launched my shop 2 weeks ago and I’ve prettty good amount of views some products 6k and a lot of saves (items favorited). But I’ve made only 13 sales, I don’t wanna run a discount for favorited items either cause my prices are so low already so I would starting to lose money instead of making. I guess Etsy is a mystery place kinda like Pinterest where you can favorite things but that doesn’t mean a sale.
i feel like I am struggling to compete with shops that have 1000+ listings, i am struggling just to pump out even 100 listings that are creative, original, trending, etc
I'll have to make a video on this, so you would just create a 2500x2500 canvas on your design software, then make the background whatever color you use for your brand, then just add text to it like you do to shirts! I show a few examples in this video but check some competitors and see what other people do and then make some for yourself! Hope that helps.

Hello Patrick, So glad you are enjoying my videos! I have not found anything specific to say that Etsy cares or would ever check this so the way I do it. I add 2-3 colors to a listing, then I add the tags and mockups for each color. Then I copy the listing in Etsy to create an identical version, but switch the main photo to the mockup of the other color. So now I have two identical listings, but with different thumbnails. And even with the exact same SEO, one always ends up doing better than the other for whatever reason!
Hi am from Morocco i just opened an Etsy shop but unfortunately they closed. After a few days and never use it before of course the closing message is from email. So my question it is possible to open another account or just a waste of time
I am so sorry this happened, just email Etsy and they will reopen it for you! This is a mistake the automatic system makes with a lot of accounts. Don't open another one because they will just close that one as well.
Hi Cassiy, I've been watching your videos this morning. This afternoon I opened up an Etsy shop, signed up for EverBee and was so excited to follow your advice. However, when I did the analytics with EverBee, based on the current shirt sales average price of $16.37, your video cost per shirt was $15.39. I don't know that it is worth it if the profit is just $1/sale. Am I doing something wrong? I really want this to work but just don't see it. Please help!!!
I am very excited for you to have gotten started! The average shirt price that Everbee shows it just the "price" that you see is the cost of each listing. Many shops sell baby onesies, kids shirts AND adult shirts in one listing. The search page of Etsy only shows the lowest price in each listing. I charge $24.99 for each of my shirts and use the company Monster Digital on Printify.com, this gives me 8$-9$ profit per shirt and it is definitely worth it! Yes some people sell their items for less but this isn't the dollar store where people are coming looking for the cheapest thing. People come to Etsy to get the exact perfect gift or custom item for themselves that they love! Keep watching and hopefully the rest of my videos will answer all of your questions

So glad you are enjoying my content! I never thought I would grow like I have either, so don't tell yourself that. With some hard work, honestly anyone could do what I have and with these tips or the LHC course, you could do it way faster!!
The course is great and all of the info in it is timeless, the real things you would get out of the course is the exact action steps to take and when, what mindset to have, what to worry about and what not to worry about and great workflow tips! The course wasn't out yet when I started though so you can do just fine with the free stuff on RUclips as well. Just depends on how you like to learn, if you want to go at your own pace and figure it out as you go, look at different creators channels to get all the answers then perfect. Or if you like just to have one person telling you step by step what to do, then the course could be for you. Hope that helps!!

I just launched my shop 2 weeks ago and I’ve prettty good amount of views some products 6k and a lot of saves (items favorited). But I’ve made only 13 sales, I don’t wanna run a discount for favorited items either cause my prices are so low already so I would starting to lose money instead of making. I guess Etsy is a mystery place kinda like Pinterest where you can favorite things but that doesn’t mean a sale.
i feel like I am struggling to compete with shops that have 1000+ listings, i am struggling just to pump out even 100 listings that are creative, original, trending, etc
Hi Cassiy, How do you make the photo cards?
I'll have to make a video on this, so you would just create a 2500x2500 canvas on your design software, then make the background whatever color you use for your brand, then just add text to it like you do to shirts! I show a few examples in this video but check some competitors and see what other people do and then make some for yourself! Hope that helps.

Hello Patrick, So glad you are enjoying my videos! I have not found anything specific to say that Etsy cares or would ever check this so the way I do it. I add 2-3 colors to a listing, then I add the tags and mockups for each color. Then I copy the listing in Etsy to create an identical version, but switch the main photo to the mockup of the other color. So now I have two identical listings, but with different thumbnails. And even with the exact same SEO, one always ends up doing better than the other for whatever reason!

I think it’s easier not to accept returns or exchanges! I make exceptions when people ask but maybe 5 times in 2 years

Hi am from Morocco i just opened an Etsy shop but unfortunately they closed. After a few days and never use it before of course the closing message is from email. So my question it is possible to open another account or just a waste of time
I am so sorry this happened, just email Etsy and they will reopen it for you! This is a mistake the automatic system makes with a lot of accounts. Don't open another one because they will just close that one as well.
Hi Cassiy, I've been watching your videos this morning. This afternoon I opened up an Etsy shop, signed up for EverBee and was so excited to follow your advice. However, when I did the analytics with EverBee, based on the current shirt sales average price of $16.37, your video cost per shirt was $15.39. I don't know that it is worth it if the profit is just $1/sale. Am I doing something wrong? I really want this to work but just don't see it. Please help!!!
I am very excited for you to have gotten started! The average shirt price that Everbee shows it just the "price" that you see is the cost of each listing. Many shops sell baby onesies, kids shirts AND adult shirts in one listing. The search page of Etsy only shows the lowest price in each listing.
I charge $24.99 for each of my shirts and use the company Monster Digital on Printify.com, this gives me 8$-9$ profit per shirt and it is definitely worth it! Yes some people sell their items for less but this isn't the dollar store where people are coming looking for the cheapest thing. People come to Etsy to get the exact perfect gift or custom item for themselves that they love! Keep watching and hopefully the rest of my videos will answer all of your questions
