      Hi Cassiy. When you created 50 designs with the same image and different words, do you listed them separately on Esty? Each one has it own click listing if that make sense.

    Hey! Quick sheets hack, not sure if you knew this: you can add your column to the left, so you will now have column A blank and column B with your professions. Enter "good" on A1, drag down to get the word on all columns, then in c1 enter the formula =A1&" "&B2. Now column C has your full list without you having to manually enter in each cell :)

    I found a mockup hack using the bulk upload. Do everything you just did, but put it on a mockup. You just need to make the palcement before adding all the other designs. You also may need to reposition and/or resize things to make it work, but it will save literal HOURS of time doing mockups.

Even though I have minimal sales I am focused on research before listing rather than just listing like crazy without any knowledge of what is trending. Overall is not as easy as gurus make it seem as you have to not only research what is trending but also make sure you are not infringing on any trademarks. Also, in my opinion if you really want this you have to be willing to spend more money in training outside of youtube and buy good mock ups, even a shop’s bundle is better than buying one at a time 😅 too much info lol but my plan is to keep working hard and my plan is to keep trying for a minimum of 3yrs even if that means me not getting any profit for now.

    • @almagjim
      @almagjim 5 месяцев назад

      @@realmadzero I wish I can tell you that I am a six figure seller, but not yet. The reason why is because selling on Etsy is not as easy as many RUclips gurus make it seem. I went on with NO knowledge of what I was doing, I was listing items with no knowledge on demand or how to make my listing ls stand out and make an emotional connection. So although it has been almost a year. I would say that I started my shop literally a month ago. Using real data, researching, and looking for what’s on demand and trying to stand out. I am still learning and I am so happy about where I am at now, I still have to master my design skills but I have definitely gotten better. If you are planning on opening an Etsy shop I would suggest you watch free RUclips content from only one person, everyone teaches differently and everyone has different ideas. And once you feel ready get a paid course. I would recommend you get either Cassiy’s or Shawna’s (she is barely launching one) course. I bought one last year in December (a lot of great information that took me no where since it is more for hand made products and my business model is POD) I bought it out of desperation lol 😂 anyway now I bought one from Brittany Lewis (Top Seller Secret) and wow 🤩 I am actually learning a lot, I am having fun and I am focused on enhancing my skills. I am not too focused on the end result but rather on gaining a new skill and learning as I go. My goal is to give it at least 3 years before I quit 🥰 I know it can work (Cassiy is a great example as well as Shawna) so I am very committed). I am not trying to scare you. I just want you to go with an open mind and don’t spect your shop to blow up from one day to another! It requires patience, learning and more patience 🤩

One suggestion - to help automate (I didn't read all the comments, so sorry if I am repeating) but when you added the word good, you could have created a column with just the word good and in the 3rd column used this formula =A2&" "&B2 to automatically create the merged field. Copied the new column and paste special as values only. I'm always looking to make things easier. This allows me to change that first word really easily if I want. You have so many videos, I'm learning so much! We just "launched" and still working out the kinks with your help. Thanks again!

    A tip: You can completely eliminate the google docs step.
    Include in your ChatGPT prompt that you want the list to include the word "Great" in front of each profession with a comma at the end of each line. No line numbers. No bullets.

    I started with 100 products and sopl;d next to nothing, reached 300 products/listings and sold 2000 bucks a month, listed 2000 items and was on 10,000. Then customers began to be lost by the mass of items, so i split the stock and made two more online stores, each of which with a couple of thousand items.. both the other stores also raised earnings as noticeable when i surpassed adding 300 prodeucts, 500, 1000 and 2000 ++. Now i have over 8000 items for sale online, ad this confirms what you say, unless you are a three product brand name in which case you need to advertize and market

    Hi Cassiy. One thing that would make this easier is to select just the one word you would like to have changed which in your example would be "lawyer", that way you don't have to manually insert the word "good" into the google document which is very time consuming to do. Also, in the future, if you wanted to change the word "good" you can do so and bulk add any other word in it's place. I guess you could do that for any word that you are using in your designs. Thanks again for the great info!

      @@CassiyJohnson So heres a tricky question for you...How would you mockup a seamless print? Are we able to do this in canva? I can see where we can put a seamless print on printify, however when it comes to mockups and overlaying that pattern, how would you do this seeing that the pattern goes the entire way around? The eraser tool after we remove the background its so hard to "eye" it and get the pattern to fit to the mockup blank. Would you just end up using the plain ugly printify mockups?

    • @CassiyJohnson
      @CassiyJohnson  Год назад

      @@xindai34 I've never done the seamless prints myself before so I apologize I don't have any good advice for you but I'd be willing to be the using something like place it.net would be your best bet for mockups if you haven't checked them out yet. I don't love their mocks usually but for your use case I think if they have the products you're selling, then it would be a good fit!
