"They look better by making YOU look bad." THAT's why they do it. That's their motivation, not truth.

I now just say - "That's on You."" It's amazing how that shuts them down, I don't get triggered and I walk away.

I was married for 21 years to an alcoholic narcissist..they blame you for what they despise about themselves..I divorced him ..thought he'd gotten the point and would actually change..I was wrong..don't fall for the lies..they won't change because you want them to...

My neighbour is a narcissist and I think she is a sociopath too. She is my upstairs neighbour who is using some device to eavesdrop on our floor. Everyday and night she disturbs me in my sleep by making some or the other kind of noise on the floor. She also reacts by making noise when I say something. Nobody else gets disturbed bcoz she doesn’t make much noise but her target is me. So she makes just enough sound to disturb me. So nobody in my family believes what I am saying. It’s been 3 years pls help. I need help. I don’t know how to deal in this kind of situation

I know. Nothing. Your false accusations isn’t real, no matter how long you wait or try with so many efforts to make it real.
