- Johnny Depp's lawyers ask him about text messages that Amber Heard's team claim Depp sent to film producer Stephen Deuters. The messages allegedly show Depp bragging about his ability to have sex with woman, and contain crude references to a woman's genitalia. Depp denies ever sending the messages and acknowledges that someone else could have sent the messages without his consent or knowledge. @@an9l1c1sm6 The printed artifact that you see on screen here is an evidence document that was submitted by AH team to the jury. The lawyer is referring to the document which is already part of the presented evidence.
Somehow I had missed the reading of that email or whatever it is during the trial. It's nasty, absolutely.. But, the fact that it is so very nasty shows that he is using a way, other than physical, to relieve stress and seek comfort. People who dress you down with words, while you are not even there, are seldom people who attack you, even verbally, when you are there.
I have written some terrible letters to people. They were letters of truth. Then, I destroyed the one letter and wrote another. This is actually a technic taught by therapists and such-like people to help you get out your anger and get to what you really want to say to the person, when you have released so much of the poison that you have had pumped into you by the nasty person you are "writing to" or about, so that you can respond in a healthier way.
What he wrote was a private message, not an Op Ed. It should have been allowed to be a private message that would have only affected him and the person he wrote it to, and probably not so much because they both knew he was blowing off steam and stress and sadness and frustration. But, since it was not allowed to remain private, the words he was using elsewhere so as not to direct them at her, reached Amber Heard's ears in a very public and humiliating setting; and she has only herself to blame for that.

Right! I've sent some crazy messages to my family and friends about people were abusing me. If they were ever seen by the public I'd be seen as a pure psycho with murderous intentions. Also, I didn't know it at the time of seeing this last text message referenced (because I did see that particular one or heard it read or something during the trial), but, "I WANT , I NEED, I TAKE" is the same thing or v ery close to the same thing that Amber Heard wrote which seemed to be toward J.D., but I can't be sure if it was to him. Which I learned because I watched a video by a handwriting expert who does not watch trials and such but who was asked by many people to do a handwriting analysis of Amber Heard's writing that was provided to her by various persons and that handwriting expert obviously believed these were all legitimate sources. So, if someone wanted to thrash Molly's anything about like a mackerel, it was probably A.H. since whomever it is talks just like she does in her handwritten notes or diary.

Evidence presented in court cannot simply be fabricated. In the case of text messages it must be verifiable in phone memory records or in the cellphone provider's computer memory banks that can be stored for years and accessed by a court order by a judge. That is the whole basis of entering any kind evidence into court, otherwise both sides can fabricate any amount of fake text messages they wanted.

First of all, this was a private text and not meant to be read by anyone other than Stephen Deuters. Aside from that, this is a funny and very colorful message about a man who was sleeping with your wife and a wife who had cheated too many times to count. It does seem she had a habit of sleeping with everyone, male or female. This letter is composed of words not something that could physically hurt anyone.
