      I was surprised his team didn't claim an objection to it, but at the same time the judge seems to just be letting Heards side off the hook on everything they want to say, so they may just not be trying to stop it anymore. So far, this aspect of the case has been HEAVILY biased towards her.

    • @esmolol4091
      @esmolol4091 2 года назад +5

      @@Dreadnott117 This is correct. It's definitely a heavy opinionated judge.
      She's human and human make mistakes, but, any outside viewer can clearly sense and objectivly see, that she doesn't apply the same rules to ambers team objection wise.
      The main problem is, a judge hears that ALL THE TIME, and since she is 100% immune to anyone else, she is extremely prone to not self reflect anymore IF she still has the right balance between both parties.
      If no one can judge you on your behaviour, you face 0 resistance and keep doing whatever you like forever, even if its off.
      And now just my opinion: IF an objection is 100% correct it should not be allowed, period, "not even this time". So, she has to have the last check up on the objection and overrule, but not to suit it her way.
      And that "may we approach" garbage, has to go away completely! It's like a hidden convincing contest from one party with the judge.

      He was attempting to catch him in a lie. Could people not see this?
      Lawyer asked Johnny, was he (Johnny), at the end of his first marriage, abusing alcohol? Johnny responded, basically, with no. Then he corrected to say it depends on your definition of abuse of alcohol.
      Lawyer brings up some UK transcript where he admitted to "definitely" abusing alcohol after his first marriage ended.
      Aim was to make Johnny look like a liar. But honestly, the lawyers have nada so they gotta grasp at straws.

Unlike the drugs Johnny did, meth/ speed can actually make people violent. Johnny was mostly just getting drunk and taking prescription painkillers to nod off (probably partially to escape Amber's abuse). Honestly the drugs Depp was doing were downers, he wouldn't even be able to physically fight even if he wanted to after mixing Roxicodone and alcohol lol. You can tell, every day that passes, Heard's lawyers are trying as hard as they can to pin the abuse claim on Johnny which has been slowly falling apart for the last few days. Now they seem to be floundering to try and say his substance abuse made him aggressive and is a factor leading to the abuse against heard yet the very evidence they've presented, the audio's and the video's, have shown that even at his worst: drunk or on drugs, he isn't abusive to her and infact it's the other way around

      I don't know how much of the case you are following, but it is on each party's onus to provide a narrative or context as to why things transpired the way they did and why the other party is guilty.
      We will not deny that people who are known to abuse drugs and alcohol are painted in a bad light. Also, even with this case, there is a great assumption/stereotype that people with such proclivities are also prone to violence, amongst other things.
      My observation (as miniscule in importance as it may be) is that it CAN be proven that AH pooped in a bed (which was hella wild😂) , threw a bottle that resulted in the loss of part of a finger, and also has audio re or dings where she admit to physical violence whilst also telling him that no one would believe him if he went public.
      As it stands, It CANNOT be proven beyond reasonable doubt that JD actually put hands on her. Judging by the statement by the makeup company she brought up, it even looks like AH fabricated her injuries.

    AH's lawyers seem to try and prove that JD was violent because he was an alcoholic. The flaw in that argument is that not everyone is violent as an alcoholic.

    'Yes I did' ah I felt that, I know what it's like being with someone, confusing in them, feeling that you're together you should be honest only for it to turn out you shouldn't have trusted them with that info. That's the trouble with relationships, if you're committed you have to be open and honest, for Depp a health issue for me mental health issue but it's only when you're committed that they show they're true colours and even then you don't consider they'll use it against you.
