You can take the English man out of England but you can’t stop him dipping his biscuits. Brilliant
That is by no means ubiquitous to the UK. Americans, or generally anyone who wants to soften up a snack accompanying tea or coffee would do that.
@@knotationmusic i think he says it because it’s typical
Never been an aviation geek or out but love your channel. Your geekyness makes it funny 😂
“So today we are going to be heading down to Acapulco where we’re gonna be going loco” *me in my head* “Going loco down in Acapulco, if you stay too long”
Aeromar ATR42s were knocking around Mexico City when I was there in early 1990s, good to see they are still around, just newer ATRs. Great video as usual.👍😊
Best quote of the video "I have no idea, it's fast and pointy. I don't know". That was great
So cool to see operating 727's! That was a great plane to fly on.
Indeed it was
Aeromar seen like a decent little airline for the price you. You definitely wouldn’t get that sort of service on a similar priced regional flight in Europe. Having there own boarding area, makes it feel very boutique! ✈️
Agree! It really does feel boutique, they're a lovely airline to fly.
Thank you vero much Noel for taking me around the world in this crazy period.. I miss so much traveling 😢 but first of all I miss so much flying 😭
One of your best videos. Never flown in and out of Mexico. I like Air Canada, British Airways, SAS , Icelandic . 🛫🛬. Enjoy your day.
You have missed an absolutely great country with wonderful people, warm hospitality, great beer, delicious food, spectacular scenery, not to mention a rich culture and history!
Of course I am partial to Latin America in general. Also Panama, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile and Argentina are awesome as well.
Great video to watch while waiting at the AF lounge in CDG 2E on my way to LHR. Discovered your channel not so long ago and really enjoying it. Take care and keep up the good work...
Yey! Finally the Aeromar video! I'm glad you liked this little airline, is possible the quirkiest of them all in Mexico. Saludos amigo!
Hope you enjoyed it!
@@noelphilips I was waiting for this video as well, thank you! You should try flying with TAR, they're an Embraer-only fleet airline that flies to various destinations across Mexico. I've flown with them and they're pretty good. They also have a very weird route map worth checking out.
ATR 72's are so cute. Love the whiny noises.
I love the Aeromar service! Their tickets are pretty cheap and they have a great service! I love the mexican airlines series!
And great drinks
Weird how life works, Aeromar is gone today and so is Acapulco.
I really love your content! Keep up the good work!!
Brilliant Noel...Great fun and service from a small Airline..Mexicans are very friendly people....Mark
I searched for your channel wondering why i havent received a notification. Big fan from Kenya🇰🇪
hahhaha he and James Asquith YT are very good at giving us aviation content
I have flown on that airline from Salina Cruz Oaxaca to Mexico City back when I was a 6 months old at the time.
Amazing trip report :) I love aeromar aircrafts for short flights. The service is excellent :) cheers
Simply beautiful man
Pretty nice experience. I liked it
I like Noel and James Asquith YT as they allow us to experience the travel experiences with them
I love the videos keep up the good work.
Great content deserves a praise. Noel and James Asquith YT have great content
Yet again brilliant noel...
first time I heard about this airline was pretty much by accident when I was leaving my flight in Cancun, just saw the billboards for it and went like "woah! there's another budget airline besides Interjet (which it doesn't fly anymore) viva and Volaris" and that like 3-4 years ago, now that i watched your little adventure with this airline i must give it a try some time 😅 great video!👍
Nice flight report.
Rip aeromar 1987-2023😢
Hi Noel!! great videos!! I'm a Mexican living in the UK for nearly 8 years and this series of vids in Mexico were a must watch for me. I just started to watch your aviation vlogs and I particularly enjoyed this video and all of those featuring Gamston Airport... I used to work in a company based in the offices at the airport and brings me some memories back. Also, 5:21 Guardia Nacional is not the Police, it's more like the clone army the President created in 2018 lol and 9:06 wooooow memory unlocked!! I used to love Totis (a popular brand of snacks in Mexico) thank you so much for this!!!
Very impressive and reclining seats!
They were great!
Who else is happy to see Noel Philips getting to 200k subs? 😍
⬇️
Hello Mr Phillips. It is unfortunate to share with deep sorrow that my airline Aeromar has vanished last February 14th. I was with them for 12 years. My best years of my life!! It failed to bankruptcy. Now I’m on the track for a new employment.
But yes, we were a wonderful airline. Always with our best service onboard 😢
Love the Aeromar livery, looks so retro! I’m also a fan of the ATR72
I flew on an ATR-72 once - never again, I just found it very crammed.
ATR72 is an absolute Nono.
TUX 1153.
@@gdwnet I used to fly regularly on a SAAB 340 due to work. Compared to that the ATR 72 is like a dream of space, silence and comfort...
@Matthew McCarthy NextJet, Sweden. (Now defunct i believe)
@@AlfaGiuliaQV I've not had the opportunity to fly on a SAAB 340. I used to fly on the BAe-146's quite a bit - loved them and my last flight was on an ERJ-190 which was one of the best flights I've had.
Congrats on 200k subs!
Nice trip. Enjoy Acapulco! Be blessed Noel
RIP Aeromar 🫡
Noel wishing you happy travels in my Mexico
WOW Noel! You are so lucky! I wish I had had the opertunity to have done all of what you do. I was born too early but at least I can say I have experienced flying on the COMET II the SUPER VC10 (on one of her first flights) the BOEING 707 and the DC8, the last two regularly for 10 years whilst we lived in Kenya in the 60's and 70's. I would LOVE to fly the AIRBUS A380 and A350. I was going to in 2020 but COVID happened! Maybe in 2021/2? Thank you for your wonderful videos! Keep safe and keep going!
Cool video and very clean plane. Thank you!
There are airlines with good service. Fantastic. Not like in germany. :-)
Air Berlin was good in my opinion! Sadly they went bankrupt ☹
@@998136999 yes it was
Aeromar is All ready gone to the history books
Great video
Congrats on 200k!! 🥳🥳
Yet another great video
Glad you enjoyed it!
This airline seems to be worth trying in Mexico!
Nice plane Noel weather looks 😎👍
Hello from Seattle!
You should try volaris the flights are cheap right now
lovely flight i enjoyed it very much greetings from the netherlands
Never flown but that looks pleasant for economy class!
You had a very pleasant flight.
Was I expecting a Four Tops reference today? No. Did we get one? Yes.
RIP aeromar
Hi Noel, I fly a lot (before COVID-19) I had the same problem like you finding the gate in Mexico City AirPort. Same airline and gate C, but we did it! But alittle stressed. Keep up the good work.
The four tops would enjoy this video
I like your video
Same here. Noel and James Asquith YT never disappoint when it comes to great content
@@rosem7568 hope after lok down and covid 19 there more vedio every weeks,or month I hate covid 19
This is a great idea for Ryanair. Don't pay the airport to show your flights on their centralised flight display information :P
Very excited to go on my first turboprop in June :)
Hope you enjoy it!
Fly into Guaymas!
Aeromar also operated the Bombardier CRJ-200’s a few years ago, but I think they failed to impress the airline, so they decided to only operate the ATRs. Also Aeromar has 2 international flights to Texas: McAllen and Ladero.
Noel, sometimes you go so deep into the airline industry I’m surprised that the planes have even been spawned 🤣
I am waiting for the review of flights on Air Koryo. I will be going though Mexico City airport in late July so this video was nice.
30 quid for a flight like that with nice seats, food and drink service and friendly cabin crew members is a bargain
Sadly, this airline stopped flying yesterday due to economical problems
I’d love to know what your annual spend is on your travels not specifically but does this as a job fund your lifestyle ?
Really enjoy your stuff thanks
Hey good lad ye hit 200k subs
Wow...what a great price. Excellent video Noel. What is the app you are using to track your flight?
Noel, another great vlog in the series !
Acapulco interesting 🤔
Flew the ATR 72 throughout Asia great reliable plane
Que buenos vídeos te sigo hace mucho me encantan tus viajes vas a América del sur
Heaven forbid they put a copy of those screens in their OWN BLOODY LOUNGE!
Hey Noel. Would love it if you can give us more insight into Acapulco.. love the vid but too short 🙁 .. need more
Hey man if you’re still in mexico city, let me know! I can show you around.
I returned from Acapulco last week
geezus, they must have lost a boat load of money on that flight! thinking of using this airline for the first time from GDL to PVR...
I thought the same thing. Lots of overhead, lounge, snacks , crew and only a handful of passengers . I am surprised they manage to stay afloat.
Hope you can continue with Acapulco? A little tour round the place, sounds wonderful from being in a prison like flat.
Noel can you please find an Embraer 110 to fly?
Great looking flight and good to see a turboprop. But with so few passengers they can’t have made any money on that flight.
“Gate C”. It was always going to be, wasn’t it
So there's your difference from aero guerrero and aeromar.
Hello could you fly in the E190 of Aeromexico pls ?
8:59 what app is that???
Did they have prop brake on?
Early congrats on 200k
Noel, Will you do TAR and Calafia Airlines reviews? So you'll have flown on every mexican airline at date.
I also highly recommend You the Tequila Express train in Guadalajara
Nicely done for about 40.00. : )
So cheap in Mexico!
Thought the cartel's killed him last week.
cartels dont kill tourists they actually help them because if it hurts them its bad for business
@@justinfriedchicken
Noel is a first cousin of EL CHAPO.
GEEZZZ.
Hi
How much to add a suitcase of 20kg? Do u know? The website won't let me access the luggage and I'm worried I might get ripped off in Mexico City. Flying to Puerto escondido
I've never been so jealous
I had a not so good experience with Aeromar in 2017. The flight I was booked on from Cancun was cancelled less than 24hrs before the scheduled departure and it was impossible to contact them by phone. I had to switch to Viva Aerobus at the last minute. Back in Europe, it took me more than 6 months to get a refund, and only with the help of friends living in Mexico.
Hi Noel love all you're videos when do you think you'll be flying on the Iraqi Airways 737 800? (AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK)
Mexico has no rail passenger traffic at all, even though the country is huge in size. All long-distance traffic is handled by airplanes. In Europe, almost every country has a comprehensive rail network and a connection to a foreign rail network. Although my country, Finland, is like a dead end😅
No beer? Wow, that’s a first
I love your videos! You deserve so much more subscribers
Great flight with drinks & snacks, luvvly jubbly ! So did you fly back same day, and was the flight same price ?
Noel, first of all welcome to Mexico, i hope you had a wonderful time. Whatts the app you use for flight tracking in this video??
See if you could have a word with the Mexican police and persuade them to give you a ride on one of those 727's that would be awesome :)
Great video! I can’t wait to go back to Mexico
What app on your phone do you use to track your flight ?
where you are? i am in acapulco
Sad thing Interjet is no longer flying a ride in one of their Sukhoi SSJs would have been an interesting video
I flew with them on January of 2020, before the pandemic.. you didn't miss much, the service was decent but the cabin wasn't too clean and the flight was delayed. Their Sukhoi SSJ cabin was the same as that of their A320s and A321s.
Only Noll Philips would see a random airplane at a Mexican airport and decide "lets find out how I can book a ticket on that airplane"
It's the most fun part of the trip!
Omg I miss working on that plane as much as I used to moan about it being slow and compacted I will kill to get back on there Just so I can fly again
