      It looks like you'll have to prepare ahead of time. After it's all prepped in the freezer. The lazy part comes in the morning, take it out from the freezer, and pan fried it.

      Sorry but I feel western foods are much more difficult, time consuming & wastes money.
      For example I never bake.
      Just buy from a good bakery 😊
      Because just to make one little dish
      You need to buy sooooo many ingredients!!...
      Then you don’t really use those ingredients again 🤷🏻‍♀️

      @@alee6966 depends on the person I suppose. I usually use those ingredients until gone so no waste here. I don't a local bakery within walking distance. My area isn't up to par on local transportation. Of course I live in a desert so that could be a factor. This meal looks tasty and might be fast if I have the dough done and waiting in the freezer. Reminds me of tortillas.

      Of course it seems time consuming. I'm American and I can see that we use alot of "already made or cooked" products,plus just throwing some bacon and eggs on a pan is more simple, BUT Chinese or not this is a traditional way of making food.
      What do u think Mexicans or other countries do when u make something like a tortilla by hand.
      We just grab some already made bread and throw it in a toaster.

    買現成的餅皮不是更方便?
    再來,現成的餅皮在製作過程中就加不少油了,所以煎時不太需要放油了。
    你整個成品加了很多油,吃起來哪裡好吃?培根也是很油的東西,不健康啊

      我做了,這视頻中的油其實放的不多,全部不到30cc,比炒一道菜的油還少…也比一般市售餅皮不油…非常不錯。若覺培根和火腿不健康也可以加别的呀~

      MANY people STILL take time to make food from scratch. That way you avoid all the additives and preservatives from store-bought, [unless you buy Organic.] Besides it's #CoronaVirusQuarantine You have time to make 2 times the dough one afternoon, freeze them, and use in the mornings whenever you want it.

    Im indonesian but my husband like chinesefood,,and this was one of many many his favorite meal,,,basicly chinese food really simple and easy couse you could made in big portions and just put it inside the freezer,when you want to cook just take abit from it:),,,basicly more save the time too:),,,

    In India we always have chapati/roti dough so in the morning you just roll out cook whilst bacon is cooking wrap in a cloth so it remains soft and warm, do eggs and assemble.
