I thought he looked alot like the main character from the first game (Red). You know with the hair, and the two scars on his right cheek. Red had the same exact hair and had two scars on his right cheek also.

Well the first game didn't really have great graphics itself during its time, but the gameplay was fantastic! I hope it will be the same for this one too.
