    I successfully reversed my pcos to a normal life with a healthy diet and exercise within 6 months.. and though I wasn't vegetarian at the beginning , but over a period of time I kept my non veg diet only on Sundays and I ate only satvik food from Monday to Saturday but yeah I somehow lost 25 kg within 6 months ,not by starving but with a healthy diet .. thanks to this channel, it motivated me a lot during my rough patch..

    Hi ma’am I Really like your recipes it’s really amazing only one thing I am not sure about is that you said we should not mix fruits and try to have only one fruit at a time so is it good to mix different types of fruits for breakfast?

      It is technically true that the most ideal way to eat fruits is one at a time, but for most of us getting to a point of eating good satvic food is already a big step in itself, so if one is to choose between a enjoying a fast but delicious satvic recipe like these, it is much better than almost anything else one might tend to eat.

    Tried the fruit custard bowl. I did it with Apple, pear, pomegranate and papaya. It tastes soo amazing, especially with papaya. The papaya’s infused taste elevates the taste of the bowl to a higher level. Definitely recommending this.

    Guys har middle class ya low class family salad aur fruits ko importance nahi dete ; lekin health to unki bhi important hai and jab hum beemar padte hai tab ye to nahi soch sakte k doctor ki fees aur medicines kitni mehangi hai jo hum roj khaate hai
    1 thyroid ki tablet = 1 banana
    1 b.p. tablet = 1 bowl salad 🥗
    1 calcium tablet = 10 khajur
    Hum sab kha sakte hai bus hume dheere dheere medicine ko fruits and vegetables se replace karna hai .

    Hello Satvik family! really appreciate your efforts. As per my knowledge, fresh foods needs to be consumed immediately after cutting. so that it doesn't oxidize and lose its nutrition. In this video, you are suggesting to use a refrigerator which is completely opposite to mother nature's way. Maybe it's optional but you should not promote the wrong way of doing things. I mean whats the point of having coconut milk after three days when there isn't any nutrition in it?

    Hi, Satvic team! I really like your videos and regularly follow satvic lifestyle. I have seen so much improvement in my body, mind, and soul. Love you guys. One thing that caught my eyes while watching this video is the title line, "bringing man closer to mother nature". Can we change that sentence to "bringing humans closer to mother nature"? Just my suggestion.

      It's inclusive of everyone, if you take it in the right spirit. Even if you check any law that is framed, the word 'man' includes a woman. It has to be interpreted in that sense.

    According to Ayurveda after 7PM our digestion system get slow to digest food.... So what should we eat on dinner ???       @@SatvicMovement plz tell m what should I do my wt is 43 . I have pcod , depression , hairloss , insomnia since 2015 . I m 28 years old . Am I able to do 16 hours fasting because I fear that I might lose more wt which is not good and healthy plz guide .

      @@anayadahoat9468 she suggests that people looking to gain weight can use more fruits
      For weight loss it's 20-30% fruits and rest veggies
      You can use more fruits and nuts to gain weight
      But 16 hrs fast is good for everyone.. you can start with 14hrs if you're sceptical about it

    Some people say that its so costly n unaffordable for most o f families....but while following satvik lifestyle we save money for oils,ghee,milk,dairy, grains,fried snacks,sugar n all...why u dnt see that..oil ghee kitna bhi mehenga ho jaye we dont compromise over pakodas,samosas,chips etc..but when it comes to our health we think over budget first..

    As a SouthIndian I used to store for two days. the coconut milk, but the milk releases its oil. So pls be aware of these things too. By consuming coconut milk hair will grow healthy, I mean dense. For my hubby hair fall was there after having used the coconut milk in food, it brought change in 2 months friends. So anyone can use it. Raw coconut milk will not have cholesterol.
