मैं आपकी एक regular viewer हूं और आपकी हर vedio मुझे बहुत अच्छी लगती हैं। मुझे कुछ पूछना था, मैंने यूट्यूब पर बहुत सी वीडियो देखी हैं जिनमें बताया गया है कि सोयाबीन में जो प्रोटीन हैं वो पचता नहीं हैं और बॉडी में जमा हो जाता है, और मोटापा बढ़ने लगता हैं,सोयाबीन में tripsin inhabitor नाम का कुछ होता हैं जो खतरनाक हैं, ऐसे में tripsin को soyamilk से कैसे ख़तम करे मुझे इस बात की जानकारी चाहिए।

I am from andhrapradesh and we eat that chila for breakfast with coconut chutney we call it as pesarattu as they are made from green gram which are called as pesalu in telugu and attu means dosa combining both it is pesarattu. I am so happy to see this recipe here actually we do it with oil now after seeing this I will try without oil

Would like to add a suggestion, Millets are supposed to be soaked for minimum of 5 hrs and the water used for soaking millets are not suppose to be discarded.
Same water to be used for cooking, as the fiber content of the millet is dissolved in the soaked water. If you discard the water, you will loose the most nutritional content of the millet.
The reason for soaking of millet for long hours is to ensure that the high fiber content is thoroughly hydrated and pretty good to be digested after cooked, giving you it's 100% nutritional benifits.

Actually the cheela u r saying is called pesarattu in Andhra pradesh,very famous and healthy breakfast,we add ginger while grinding the pesalu(moong dal)
We garnish with onions.chilli,ginger tiny pieces and jeera whole……done the perfect pesarattu

but I would like to give one suggestion ,that you should not use copper spoon /vessels for sour food items (lemon) ,both will react ,I think it's copper spoon which u are using for lemon juice .

I followed the first recipe. For making it shorter, I made roti of spinach and whole moong puree with little bit of ajwain in it. With the filling as shown by you, the roti tasted awesome. Thanks for sharing such healthy menu.

So I tried the chillas today and they turned out to be awesome. Yes it doesnot need oil on cast iron . Awesome recipe. Keep it up. Gona include this recipe in dinner frequently. Yes the first chilla sticks but after that it's smooth.

Share some snacking recipes that can be store for few days... Like in regular eating we opt for biscuits or namkeen as instant snacks, share some satvik alternative of the same :)
