    Dried radish 菜脯碎 100g
    Shallot oil 葱油 3 tbsp
    Chopped garlic 蒜末 20g
    Dark soy sauce 老抽 1 tsp
    Sugar 白糖 1 tsp
    Pepper powder 胡椒粉 1/4 tsp
    Rice flour 粘米粉 150g
    Tapioca starch 木薯粉 20g
    Water 清水 300ml
    Water 清水 450ml
    Salt 盐 1/2 tsp
    Wheat starch 澄面粉 20g
    Shallot oil 葱油 2 tbsp
