My favorite food and is hard to get it in the west n chwee kueh is a techew or holbein words
I only used wheat flour and rice flour

How to make the chilli pls?
Look for “Sambal” recipes, there thousands of way to do sambal…look for Sambal belacan or peranakan. Some are raw sambal some are cooked with shrimp.
Use lard oil better... Lol But the recipe I am sure will be tasty with the extra ingredients in it.

@Tan Say chong Wah liao! Where you stay? Orchard Rd? Here in Toa Payoh central hawker center you order 1 set of 1 and a half Chwee Chong Fun and 5 Chwee Kueh is $2.

@@moneyorlove5987 Now is $1 for 5 and must buy min $2. Heard the shopkeeper saying that she will reduce to $1 for 4 as rental and material cost rising soon.
