I've been doing popsugar workouts for nearly 6 months in quarantine, and I usually do the longer ones (45 mins). However this workout was extremely challenging and made me sweat more than some of those hour long ones. It really burned! I used a mini band on my thighs for an extra challenge and I couldn't believe how much my muscles burned in just 25 minutes! I will be saving this one to do again.
I absolutely love his attitude and energy, he really makes you feel motivated. I didn't mind him counting down like that, because I'm used to Jake DuPree doing much much worse! It was a serious burner, but it feels great.

Taylor is Justin's wife. If you follow them, Justin actually will say "Its Taylors world and I just live in it". Taylor always does the work/demonstrate or lead and Justin is the coach/motivation
Loved, Loved Loved this workout. By the end I was sweating beyond belief. Today I felt unmotivated, so I am proud that I went the whole way through without taking a single break and keeping my best form.
All of you keep hating on him because of the countdown, but this workout is amazing. I do it 2-3 times per week and I can feel my butt burning the next day! These countdowns actually made me feel so much stronger because I thought I couldn't make it, but then I did every single time. Yay!

I loved this workout! I love that he tells us to go slow and focus on form and control rather than going as fast as you can. It made me feel much safer and like I wasn't gonna accidentally injure myself flailing around trying to get the burn by going fast like with other trainers.
Contrary to some of the comments about his not doing the entire workout with the ladies, I'm actually ok with this for a number of reasons: -having done some of the other LIT Method workouts, I can attest that Justin is a workout badass -I actually prefer when the instructor pauses sometimes to talk about form or shout out motivation, as long as there are other people in the back doing the workout. I like the visual variety I've enjoyed all the LIT workouts I've done so far.
This workout kicked my ass today! Doing the mountain climbers towards the end was brutal! I didn’t like the fake counting down thing the instructor was doing, so I made my own countdown and stopped when necessary
Loved it just getting into fitness myself and this was a good introduction for my knees there was a few points where I thought I cannot do this and would stop for a second but then continue and I pushed through so happy that I did =)

This was one of the more intense PopSugar workout's I have done. My apple watch said I burnt 294 calories doing this. I have a feeling the after-burn will be a lot greater on this video since this was more strength/resistance than some of the more cardio based workouts. Thanks for another good time!
Lol at him claiming over and over again that „we‘re in this together!“ and then stopping every 30 seconds to „check“ on the girls. These girls rocked the workout! 💪
Love this workout. It's short, works up a sweat and my muscles burn! I keep this in my regular rotation, also love that I can do this one late at night without thumping around on the floor waking up the family:) Keep the great workout videos coming!
Work out itself was 🔥. I commented in another section that Immediately lose my trust of a trainer who isn’t honest about how long something is going to last. If you want me to keep going, just be upfront. Maybe that’s good for some people, but not me. ...that’s my personal opinion. 🤗 Typically i really enjoy PS workouts.

The workout is definitely one that will work the lower body but does he have to flat out lie constantly about how much time is left for a certain move? Like when people do the 5-count, count down I am motivated because it is exactly that, ONLY 5 more counts and I actually get unmotivated to finish the move when he cannot bring himself to count down accurately from 5.
I really liked the moves and the workout itself, but I agree with the comments about the counting...just think about it! Still a big thank you Justin, Taylor and PS ❤️🙏
This was an awesome workout! I wanted something fast, low impact, but still really effective and this was worth it. Didn't mind the fake countdowns because Jake Dupree's "four" still has me traumatized in the best way 😂

On a positive note, the workout has obviously done what it has intended to do. I’ll be back for more tomorrow... or when I’m a little less stiff 😊
If you can’t stand when instructors think it’s fun to fake count down, then this isn’t for you. I liked the workout but I thought that was so unnecessary. Just count down normal?
