I'm running an SA-302 rated at 2000RMS on a Memphis 1500.1 in my daily driver and it SLAMS! People think I have a pr of subs or a 15". DB is is a great way to go, you won't be disappointed. But, get the box size they recommend!
Growing up my first subs ever were kenwood tornadoes,then i had rockford p1's then later had p3s, ive had the kicker comp r..if i could afford the dd c7 8" thats the subs i would by next but for almost 500 a sub i have to pass 😂..bean looking at 8" deaf bonce for my truck amd for the price they seem to hit really hard
Now these subs are definitely known to be hard to blow or they are able to take power. On the other hand the magnets have no venting. Overpriced. Small Coil. But people will say "it's all in the technology" I had the MF-15R and it was almost $200 Thing had the smallest tinsel leads. No stitching on the surround. Just didn't seen worth it to me. Great review it is a very nice subwoofer but the price is just not there.

I have one of these and they hit super hard. Best sub i have ever owned. Definitely worth the money
That sub is tough af bro! One thing I like about DB is that they don’t put vent holes on the motors which makes them unique in my book 💯
I totally agree but i feel like it also makes a little mechanical noice and to fix that i think that the vents on the side should be larger.

2 db 302 12s on 2k in a trunk wall. I'm still pleased a year later with the sound.

Didnt really like mines so i replaced it with the sundown x12
