@@Jude300c sorry, may be a shame but I never heard of it. There was a french version of the golden girls, it's called "les craquantes" (don't ask me why) but it never was that popular, at least to my knowledge, and it certainly doesn't have events like this.

My sis and I went there it was so much fun. We went during the week so we were able to take a lot of picture and it wasnt crowded. We were seated in the kitchen area. But right on the end so we didn't have people taking pictures right were we were eating.
Social media really made the fan stuff for this explode. I was a watcher of this show in the 90s on Lifetime. And then in the early 2000s I had all the DVDs but I felt sort of alone in my fandom. It had receded or was not nearly as popular as today. Now it’s like bed covers, Halloween costumes, cookbooks, pop up restaurants, cruise lines. Lord have mercy lol. I’m not complaining about it but social media knows how to beat everything into dust particles imo
