How creative to you to change up the walks with low weights by incorporating the shorter intervals. At first I thought "too easy" but -- as always -- you're right and it definitely got harder. It must be a lot of work for you to not only create the workouts but also plan the scenery and color coordination. Your efforts are noticed and very much appreciated. Love your "summer 'do"!

I'm glad your arms got in a good workout:) I try to avoid going back to the salon too often so I asked for her to cut a bit more off this time. Plus, yes, summer weather is finally here! I'm so happy about that! Today is 36 C with the humidex! Back to mid 20's next week (which is more normal).
When I use the clocks in the workout, I don't use a bell since I'm afraid some people would get annoyed by hearing the bell all the time (and the clocks let you know when to change the movement). I do use it during the stretching section.
I really felt my arms being challenged. I decided to use 2 lb weights and it was tough getting through it but I did enjoy it. I like these 15 min or 20 min videos because you add on and for some reason it doesn't seem like it is as long as if I used a 30 min or longer video. Today I did this video, then Tina Turner Tribute and then the 15 min lower your blood sugar. :)

Loved this workout and it humbled me! I think of myself as reasonably fit, but I have been away from your videos for a few days. And I had focused mostly on Cardio with some weight exercises on my own. I started this one with my 3 pound weights and at your “walk it out” interval, I switched to 1 pound weights. 😅 By the end, I was pooped! Thank you. I’ll my arms rest a day and plan to do this every other day so I can eventually do it with my 3 pound weights. 😊😊😅
If it makes you feel any better, I used 1 lb weights in my video, Laurie! I think it's a great idea to use the 3 lbs and lower them when you need to just like you did. That's a perfect way to continue building strength.

Thanks! If you find any of the other cardio workouts too easy, holding on to 1 lb weights will definitely make any cardio workout more challenging. You just don't want to use weights if the movements are too fast. Thanks for letting me know that you enjoyed it.

The arm workout can definitely be more challenging than it looks. My suggestion is to use a 1 lb weight and allow the arms to come down as needed, or continue with no weight. Your arms will definitely still benefit from the workout even without weights.
Wow, this one fooled me. I started out with 3 lbs., then went down to 2, and then to 1, lol. It was more challenging than it looks. Very short and effective cardio and upper body workout!

Just restarted exercise after a 6 week gap due to health and personal reasons. Feeling fed up because I just about did this. I'd made such a difference now have to start over.
The fact that you are back is great! You could have made the choice to not come back to exercise, but you're here:) Life is busy, and things happen that are out of our control. The main thing is you came back to exercise, and now each day is a new day and a new opportunity to start fresh again. Be easy on yourself for the first week of exercise, and when you're ready, you can start increasing the time of workouts. Welcome back!💪
I really appreciate this workout. Although I am an intermediate to advanced worker I use only 1 kg weights but the main thing for me is the perfect short duration of the moves. I find that I can get my cardio going and get better results toning with this workout. I also love that the back work was mainly at the end because I need to be totally warmed up to do my back without straining … love it ❤❤❤❤. Ps … as I continue with your channel I find that I can get more out of the older workouts in different ways …so adaptable!
i have been doing your workouts now since aug but this is the first time ive tried it with weights and boy did i find it hard, yes i did, phew. especially whencyou hold the weights out to the sides of your body, i found really difficult. im hoping the more i do of this particular workout the better i will become.vthank you so much for sharing your amazing knowledge with us all. i always look forward to doing my daily workouts with you every day, always makes me feel better about myself. ❤

Excellent workout. This one was a little challenging for me as I have had my left shoulder replaced and the strength never really returned. This way I am working on my strength. Thank you Jules!❤❤❤❤
With replacements, definitely modify workouts as needed and do a move that works for your shoulder. The last thing you want is to injure it again. Modifications are definitely encouraged as needed:)
We had snow this morning. It kind of demotivated me and decided I needed a shorter easier workout. This was shorter. Easier? Hell, no! I had to put the 3 lb weights down with 2 minutes to go. Tried 2 lbs. Nope, tried 1 lb. And then mercifully it was over. Thanks for kicking my butt this morning. 😅

Hi! That's definitely a loaded question. Everyone is SO different so it's a tough question to answer and it also depends on what you're currently doing. An hour is a great amount of time if you're wanting to get in a good workout. There are so many factors that come into play.
Hi! When I create the gentle workouts, I think of people who are new to exercise, and people who might be struggling to get motivated to be physically active. The beginner level is a little bit more challenging. My recommendation is to start with the gentle workouts, and if you find them too easy, then move up to the beginner level workouts.

The beginner level is a little bit more challenging. My recommendation is to start with the gentle workouts, and if you find them too easy, then move up to the beginner level workouts.
