  • In this video I will show you how I removed my rear door panel from my 2006 Toyota Corolla. this process should be the same for all 2003 through 2008 Corolla rear doors both left and right. I am in no way, shape, or form responsible if you break, injure, and/or damage anything while working on your project.

Thank you. No one else has a video showing how to do this in a way I can clearly understand. I appreciate it.

What about one with a panel with a crank window handle?
I took my car to a shop for replacement of the fuel pump which I under the rear seat. The driver side door lock switch was working with no problem before taking it in. Found out the day after getting my car back the door lock lever was broken. Took it back to the shop and the owner said he spoke to the mechanic that performed the work and they did not break it. Yeah right. That is the last time that shop gets my business. Been using them for nearly 20 years. I need to remove the door panel to see if I can fi the issue. Old 2007 Corolla, but has been a great car for me - 324,000 miles.

Hopefully it will be the same for our 2006 Matrix. Thanks for doing it. Great to learn that the top of the one piece needs to pop out first.
