For rookies, if a pallet looks risky cuz many times a bar or strap won't really save it that far back, see if the forklift will come out and grab it. Also a reminder, don't open both doors at same time in case things are about to fall out on your noggin.

I opened my doors once and noticed a pallet leaning on the driver side door so I backed it with that door closed and told the receiving office and they fixed it and that was that.
Like a good eye doctor, it's really close. But, I'm still going with A!

I’d have considered dropping my trailer and moving that one trailer straight out from the dock, then with more room that back wouldn’t have been as difficult.

My daughter and I are avid watchers of Boneheaded truckers. Her papaw my dad drives for Walmart. He had to drive for Swift back in the day before Pumpkin Patch would take him as a driver. Babygirl and I say A for the boneheaded winner for the week!!!

A was dumb. B, the tandems are far enough front that he can just pull up and then set up a better backing attempt. He is just stuck going backwards not forwards. 90 degree blindside is dumb, but if he hasn't hit anything yet, he is still fine.
I heard a story once about one of the trainees at Swifty Swift. Long story short the trainer went to sleep that night woke up sometime later with his truck literally wrapped around a Wendy's. Apparently the trainee had tried to take a tractor trailer through the Wendy's drive thru and ended up stuck at a 90 degree angle.

Gotta Say A Ike Ur Right Definitely Should Strapped Tha Load Before Even Backing Up.
I used to drive for swift until 2008 to pay for the school right. That long, and so I know they told us to always carry 2 loadlocks and use them one to keep the pallets tight across the bottom or if you need to keep them from toppling off of the top pallets however you need 2 rig it to git r done. SO Swift safety would have no problem with this video and they might add into their safe practices examples.😅

As to the first one, having hauled dedicated Lowe’s DC to store for (gasp) Swift, if Home Depot is anything like Lowe’s the trailers come out of the DC preloaded and sealed so you don’t know what they’re loaded like. You have zero clue if anything is up against the doors. They are “supposed” to be secured properly but they never are so you got $#%! going everywhere in there. We always did drop and hook. Drop loaded trailer, pull empty trailer, drop empty trailer put loaded trailer in dock and hook back to empty again. Always slide tandems before opening doors, then open first one VERY carefully. I could do all three switches in 20 minutes or less. At least as long as nothing was going to fall out.
I'm a warehouse loader/unloader with 30 years of experience...my vote goes to A...seen that happen too many times..
I was blaming the Walmart employees for my damaged boxes but now I see the real culprit Swifty Swift😂
Both A & B because they are a bunch of idiots. But since it’s only 1 to pick. It has to be B. Because in A you have to blame the loader for not securing it before the driver gets the trailer. They always seal the doors and the driver can’t open it until they get to their destination.
Not sure if you can put a strap to secure that load when it's stacked all the way to the door of the trailer.

For me it is B. That is an extremely hard turn to get into that spot on a thank you for restacking. The reason you blow the air horn is so he doesn't back over it. He was able though to see what happened. His tandems being moved while the door was opened was troubling. On a gift you could do a meal for them. T shirts. And since you are wearing a sail shirt. Ritz Carlton yacht is doing a trip for ten thousand dollars. Could be the grand prize. But on a ten year video good luck finding him.
