My name is Ike Stephens. I started driving a truck in 2002. I started making trucking videos in 2010. I've done everything from VLOGs to parodies.
Trucker Rag Chew | Trucker Rag Chew is mixture of Vlog, music, and opinion. It is one of the original VLOG style videos series in the RUclips Trucking genre.
Bonehead Truckers® | I am one of only people who will call out the bad things truckers do to ruin this industry. Bonehead Truckers® exposes the bad behavior of truck drivers.
Trucking Advice | Mixed is into the normal videos, I have been known to put out an occasional educational video. Even though I still have a lot to learn myself, the things I do talk about is stuff I've learned the hard way.
RUclips Live | I was one of the original content creators to do live content. I started on Ustream and when RUclips started the live interactive content, I was one of the first to participate.

The guy the whispers on the CB " I ain't got no panties on " had me rolling 🤣🤣🤣
You're absolutely right you got to be a bonehead trucker if you don't have a CB radio take your steering wheel out of your truck if you don't have a CB radio and from the steering wheel out on interstate that's what you're driving like that's what my best friend said he drives truck for a living white night shooting stars state of Virginia thumbs up on your channel
TMC had to go get his truck warshed, lookout !
I worked 1 block up from that low railroad bridge in davenport ia for probably 15 years and there's signs and flashing lights all the way from I80 about 15 miles up the road and people still hit that bridge probably once a week.
Back in the day when people still listened to the local radio stations there was one that would send the intern down to try and interview them it was hilarious.
If you look up Dwyer and Michael's bridge interviews there's probably some clips out there 😂😂
This bridge needs it's own RUclips channel. I'd love to watch more tops come off.
@@gorillaau There used to be one look up davenport IA harrison st railroad bridge
Probably because it’s stupid to have any bridge lower then 18 foot period regardless and they don’t believe it and they hit it
@@kontrolledkhaos4853 it's really bad design to have a bridge for cars lower than 16 ft, just build it higher and let the cars go up a little higher... but railroads can't change the angle of the track very fast, so most low clearances are rail bridges.
That dude is getting up outta here 😂
When I was in training (one million years ago) the instructor goes "okay, now swing wide right here" and I asked, "for how long" and he started laughing and said "For. The. Rest. Of. Your. Career."
Brother please don’t EVER stop these videos. They help me pass the days that I’m away from my family. From the bottom of my heart I thank you.
"How many stop signs do you really need " LOL that Super ego video is a classic.
As a guy born in the 20th century, I miss the days when truckers were dudes who thought they were cowboys and could read road signs written in English. Was far less scary.
After watching this channel. I am convinced they will give ANYONE a CDL! I can't imagine how these companies pay their insurance.
If you got a pulse you can get a CDL
For all the years I have driven I'm getting scared by the truckers I'm seeing these days.
Many of them are self insured.
They destroyed driving as a viable career. They have to take what they can get.
The big companies are self-insured. They have a whole account and an entire department of office monkeys set aside strictly for the task of handling insurance-related tasks in-house. That's how they can afford their insurance; they don't have any, they just have an army of lawyers and a massive bank account
When that rig flipped over with the green light, somebody should’ve yelled, Wilma! I bet he’s enjoying those brontosaurus ribs.
These transport companies better bone up and provide professional training in 2024. Thanks for a great year of videos!
That's literally the root of the problem, companies shouldn't be training anyone.
lol, sure, training will fix it. 🤣
Actually they'll get more immigrants that barely speak English but do it cheaply. The industry is going the exact opposite direction that you think.
@alienstockdedsex7462 Really, I wasn't aware this was going on. If so, where can I apply? I love to drive, but not a 53 footer. And I am an excellent driver who speaks English.
All they had to do is ask if they could turn around in the parking lot
My cousin worked for Swift and drove one of their trucks through a drive thru at McDonald's just because the sign said trucks welcome 😂😂😂 he's not bright or driving anymore 😊
A Wendy's actually has no canopy and a straight shot, FedEx pulled it off
“Ya ol diesel dummy” 😂
I started watching your videos about a year ago. Right before I went to CDL school. Drove with Westy Expressy for about 8months after that. And just recently started my new job with a good local company getting nice pay and plenty of home time. May not have learned too much about what to do as a professional driver watching your uploads, but I certainly learned what the fuck not to do.
I start school in a couple of weeks. Learning what NOT to do is exactly why I'm watching.
I'm 15 months into this trucking gig and I didn't wreck nothing yet. I think I can give some credit to watching this channel and yes you can get arrested for wearing flip flops!
This year is the first time I didn't wear wear steel toe boots to work in 23 years. Felt f'n weird. Like I should be arrested.
If you did not wreck nothing, that actually means that you did wreck something.
Correction: You did not wreck anything.
@@curtis7599 not yet.
If you can learn from other’s mistakes, that makes you smart. So far so good chi town. Btw there’s a saying I’ve heard. All truckers in Chicago have hit a bridge or will hit a bridge. 15 years ago I was up on touey and only 13’6” approaching a bridge that said 13’10” so I should have been good. As I approached the bridge I saw it was all chipped and scratched from trucks. I stopped before I hit anything and called 911 to back me up. The cops were hateful, but I didn’t hit that bridge.
Hopefully I check the bridge clearance on my route.
After watching these videos I'm certainly glad that I retired with my 2.5 million accident free miles because if you're on long haul these days someone is sure to snag you in a truck stop.
You are old but that’s it. No wisdom, no brains. Similar accidents happened all the time. The difference is nowadays there are a lot of recording devices but you can’t get it because guys like you post tons of similar comments every day, freaking zombies.
2.5 lol probly never driven a pickup truck LOL
How would you know what he has for miles?
My step-dad used to be a truck driver for Southern pipe and supply. He is retired now and is working at Walmart as a stocker.
Great compilation of videos, Ike.
Yep, I got 1 year and 8 months to go and I'll be hanging up the truck keys permanently.
At truck driving school November- January 1989-1990, I was taught by the real old school truckers (Instructors). They taught me well. I couldn't thank them enough.
In my 33+ years, I've cause 6 minor accidents, 7 minor accidents was caused by a 4 wheeler or 18 wheeler.
16 minor violations and 21 Awards, working for 6 different trucking companies since February 1990.
Every trucker who taught me this industry started between 1958 to 1982.
GOD! I miss the good ol'days of trucking. But I won't miss it.
Happy future to the next generation who will be controlled by technology.
I hope you can make a good living in the trucking world 10 to 20 years from now. The word technology is the key to controlling truckers.
Good lord, you're proud of that? I've driven almost 40 years, no accidents, one red light ticket....and I'm not braggin
@deer8730 Hey @deer8730, now that's impressive. Excellent job.
I didn't mention that I was using the trucking industry to save up for Industrial Trade School (1990-2000), but once I got bitten by the truckers bug in 1992. I use the trucking industry as a financial tool.
I stayed unmarried, no children out of wedlock and stayed out of big debts such as mortgages. And created 4 beautiful retirement accounts instead.
I'm leaving the trucking industry because of too much technology in the trucks.
Example; I started with Schneider (February 1990 - November 1991) the Driver-Trainer truck was a 1986 International Eagle Cabover with a AM/FM cassette and a CB. Log book and the original 1939 Hours Of Service rules. Don't forget the chauffeur's license. Then the newest technology called Qualcomm came to Schneider and ruined everything. So I had to work for 5 more other trucking companies that stayed away from satellite GPS Qualcomm.
Nearly 34 years later, I'm driving a 2021 Volvo VNL860. Too much computer software programs and I'm using a tablet for E-logs. Basically being controlled by technology. Wow! What big difference, just over 3 decades in the trucking industry.
So the FMCSA & DOT can take their bullsh*t technology & changes and stick it up where the sun don't shine. Good Luck, God Bless to my fellow truckers. And I Don't communicate with the next and newest generation truckers. I just talk to my fellow old school truckers.
Thanks but I don't haul logs.good buddy. Lol
The yard driver kept asking a group of people to quit parking their cars near a dock - they didn't listen and 3 of them had to call a tow truck because the driver couldn't swing wide in that area
Super Ego Doing God's Work & Who Needs Stop Signs Hilarious 😂😂
Don't know if I should laugh or cry with these videos, no wonder insurance is so high.🙂😵💫
Definitely love the voice overs. Cracks me up. The best comedy is when it’s close to reality.
This is one of the reasons why driver shortage; too many drivers getting into accidents, damage properties and could care less eventually getting fired from the job. Some of these truck drivers don't deserve to be behind the wheel.
My usual resolution for the new year. Be safe. I don’t want to be on bonehead truckers.
Heartless Express hit my brother's truck almost 20 years ago and it took almost 100 years to get some reimbursement. True Story
The Boneheads are the ones who hit something and keep going...
It's scary to know there are more than 3.5 million truck drivers in the U.S. and only 221k are subscribed to your channel
Was eating dinner in the truck and simultaneously heard and felt a tap. Open my curtains, sure enough a trailer against my mirror and in my face with the big letters “U.S EXPRESS” Smh. At least he was going slow.
The voiceovers are the greatest . I could watch it all day
Voice overs suck shit, wish he would sell this channel to someone who can actually do go and funny voice overs instead of that iritating shit.
Did anyone else notice, The orange truck on the ice didn’t latch his hood and it lifts up when he’s close to stopping. He’s lucky it didn’t completely open on him.
Legend has it that to this day every time he hits his breaks his hood still lifts up..its a phenomenon that he hasn’t quite figured out yet.
😂😂😂
I remember back in the e 1970s and 1980s when truck driving was a profession.
Still is lol
It never was
@blastingcapps4341 can I ask you think this way ? :)
Profession just means you get paid to do something. Being a professional at anything doesn’t mean your highly skilled.
Ike, thanks for the laughs. Have a safe and good New Year.
All these clips are worth watching again and again. Happy New Year. 🎉🎊🧨✨️🎈🎆🎇 I hope 2024 is amazing and full of great videos for your channel.
Damn this year passed by fast as hell
Seems like each year gets faster and faster.
@@BradRains I bet 2024 will go by even faster lol
???????? Hell is for eternity.
🤓🤦@@joeahopelto8032
No the hell it damn didnt.
Left durka durka out, but a great year end video!
But You Dumped Piss, in the Parking Lot ,, Your a Real Hero.
17:14 It just be raining bologna!
Well 2023 was one helluva year, right? I’m sure 2024 will be even better!😜
Happy New Year from a30 year driver 2 years to go and I’m hanging it up.
Yep, I got 1 year and 8 months to go and I'll have 35+ years. I started trucking in February 1990. And I'll be hanging up the truck keys permanently. I never made a living in the trucking industry. I created 4 beautiful retirement accounts.
By the way, truck driving school in 1989-1990 was old, old school trucker instructors from the late 1950s, early 1960s. They taught me well. I couldn't thank them enough.
I only had 6 minor accidents, 7 minor accidents caused by a 4 wheeler or 18 wheeler and 16 violations since 1990. Mostly in my rookie years.
Enjoy your retirement or moving on to the next adventure job.
Happy New Year 2024.
I actually met the guy Mike that’s in the end of the video over in Georgia picking up a piece of machinery. He had his wife and their dog with them. Crazy how small the world is! Keep the videos rolling
My dad used to only park on the end. Once i showed him a couple of these vids throughout the year, he told me he stopped taking those end-spots
Happy holidays to all of us truckers.
May yall make it to your familys for the Holidays❤
Shame on the mess 😁 Greetings from Poland 🇵🇱👍
Ike the voice overs are great. I think Super Ego is the new Swift. Happy New Year Brother.
and more dangerous swifty!
I completely agree with that. I was getting off I-90 in Ohio and coming up the ramp I saw a big white truck heading right in my direction, I moved over (while flashing my lights and blowing the horn repeatedly) AAANNNNDD sure enough it was a Super Ego truck.
I noticed them also , they are nitwits
They are way worse than Swift has ever been. Many other companies have actually been worse than Swift in recent years, and that says a lot. I understand what you mean though. Ego is definitely the worst. All of a sudden, these guys appear out of nowhere and drive like a six year old who can not see over the steering wheel.
@@curtis7599 with a god complex!!!!!!!!!!
This is why I stay at home and avoid the boneheads. I had 2 of them last night. First one wanted to run out in front of me wearing dark clothes in low lighting. Second one didn't see I had a protected left turn (green arrow) and blew their horn at me. They had a red light.
Yess sir ! Shawn the heartbreak kid truckin outta iowa... used to run with these guys back roadin alllll over cmon .. thunk they gone now mayyyyyyyyybe 😂😂😂
Can't believe the number of drivers that crunch someones truck, then drive off. 🤪
Your CB banter really flashes me back to the good old days, LOL!
These videos prove the trucking industry has a problem of not enough pay and to many hours on the road
Best voice overs of all time. Thanks for making this year that much better. Cheers
Voice overs suck shit, wish he would sell this channel to someone who can actually do go and funny voice overs instead of that iritating shit.
I just subscribe because a friend told me about this, I just want to say God’s last name is not damn delete me if you want to. God watch over these truckers and 👍 to all of you.
Flip Flop army on the move
Make it a safe one, God bless, Drivers
Nope if ya move over for a rig on the shoulder those that can't slowdown will pass ya on the right between u and the one u moved over for, had it done too me on I 20 out west when i moved over for a tow truck hooking up to a big truck and the law here in Texas is to move over or slowdown, tow trucks included.
Happy New Year to you and your family. Looking forward to what you have in store for us in 2024. God bless you all. Stay safe and warm.
Just found ur channel....lmfao. luv the commentary. My dad turned me on to the cb at a very early age with tripsfrom Kentucky to Chicago. We was in a 4runner, but he always hooked up his cb to watch for the smokies...lol. long time ago. But i luv these videos. I'm rolling over here!!!❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Trans Am driver true Legend
Shit like this fucks your whole day as a driver
I had a baby ruth this morning 😂😂😂
Imagine the disaster waiting to happen when bonehead truckers get behind the wheel… OF A GAS PASSER!! (Fuel tanker) 😲🔥
I love these narrations!!!!!!
Welcome back shelby..by far your best video yet..you touched on something that alot of truck drivers go thru..but nobody knows..10 months and I retire..44 Years is enough. Sadly my retirement will be spent alone. She couldn't cope with what trucking is..glad your back😊
11:57 😂😂 "ooh theres a target."
Thanks for a Year of Laughs man . I do look forward to getting some good laughs every week .
Where you going there Schneider 😂😂😂
Loved this, Thank You, Ike and Happy New Year
I think all the BoneHead Drivers are the same BoneHeads Talking during the whole Video!!!!!🤣
"I spilled my bologna. I guess I got to go work for Swift now." hahahahahaha!!!
Great Job like you’re always do Ike!! I always listen your video from Quebec Canada! The voice overs make me laugh😂😂😂😂 Happy new year and all the best for 2024 for you Ike!!
Ce gars là ne répond à personne. Même quand tu envoies des vidéos. Il prend le cash that’s it.
The voice overs kill me. I can't stop laughing! 🤣🤣🤣
The "drunk" clip at 11:15 had me rolling :D
Thanks Ike, Happy New Year!
They’re still🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣the second time around. I’m 🤔how many of those drivers are still employed. Y’all have a safe New Year.
Two weeks ago I couldn't spell trainer. Now I is one.
I love these voices. This channel is hilarious. Keep up the good work
I spilled my bologna !
That was very cool 😎 how you made the like button light up 🌈 colors right before the video started 👍🏻👍🏻
I gotta pumpkin for ya 😂😂😂😂. Halarious
I drove for thirty six years no accidents this is the funniest shit I have ever seen just found the channel good shit guys I will be watching
Watching from overseas, one gets the feeling that getting a truck license must be very easy.
43 years driving and now retired …. Dang I gotta stop 😂 can’t stop laughing 🤣!! My sides hurt 😂👍🤣🤣🤣
that 1st clip with the container on the curve made me so nervous! 😮
S.W.I.F.T - ( So Whut Ima' Flip-flop Trucker )
So What I'll Fuck up Today
Used to drive for transam. Fresh out of school you do 7 day orientation then they put you your own truck no trainer
What could possibly go wrong?
that funny voice at 11:00 sounds just like "Vivian Rogers" on "Scammer Payback" channel
I just know I'm featured in one of these. 😂
The radio talk is just so correct. Loved it all. In some ways im happy Im out of that mess. I still have my old Uniden from 30 some years back. Turned in the CDL after 36 plus and am grandfathered. But they can keep it.
At some point everyone makes a mistake when driving anything, and I'd imagine it's a lot easier to do that in a big rig. What I don't get is the dedication to making what starts as a fairly small mistake into a giant disaster like we see several times in this video.
That trans am driver that took out the tree and cars that gets me every time I see it. It could have been made without hitting anything.
😂😂😂 great 🤘🤞👍
That Best Voice Makeover Of All Times In 2023 Goes To Ike , I've Been LMAO Watching This Video , Happy New Year Ike 😂😂🤦♂️🥇🏆👍✌️🇺🇲
The whole higher pitched and lower pitched voices you do are the reason I subbed, they are funny af.
Have a safe and happy New Year.
boneheaded truckers are the bestl
13:20 Peardonville looks like my neck of the woods, Abbotsford BC Canada. We have one company that's had 6 overpass hits in just the past 2 years.
So much for mirrors! I've posted in the past why do truck manufacturers even bother installing flat or side mirrors on their commercial vehicles IF no one uses them or is trained on how to use them?! Some of these 'drivers' act live they are driving a gold cart. A very happy Holidays to all drivers out there on America's Roads.
Shoutout to that man that made that exit !😂😂😂😂😂🤣
I really really enjoy your videos. But I just don’t understand why these clowns don’t just stop and look I suck it backing up with trailers, but I have managed my time and look to make sure of my surroundings. And I May have taken longer, but I’ve managed not to hit anything. Thanks again for your entertaining videos. Unfortunately y’all have plenty for a long time. Keep up the great work.
The CB reenactments is the funniest thing ive heard all year omgggggggg
1:43 i have been to that truck stop twice... its hell getting in and out. First time i was there 3 trucks got hit
Thanks for the entertaining reminder of why I gave up truck driving!!
Super ego is the new swift
One trip saw two ego idiots, one almost took out the truck stop by coming in last, the other was at Mt Vernon il when he blocked every lane with his dropped trailer
There was a tree about 25 feet tall that was constantly in my way at Gainesville, Fl bowling alley. Tree ain't there no mo'! Heavy rain helped còver the fall.
