That is crazy how people ( real estate agents and sale consultants ) make it seem like close to half million dollar homes or affordable 😢😮😢. When most people don't have 5000 in a saving account 😮.
Crazy right! I guess its all perspective. Nationally, the average priced home is around $420kand according to March data, as a country, we are on pace to sell 4 million homes. The numbers are the numbers and I'm sharing data🤷🏿♂️
