A own an agency that does f2f sales for a few years.
For me its quite simple, apart from the energy delivered in each interaction the rest can go away.
Speaking that fast lead people to feel overwhelmed, and shows how needy you are. Needy sellers that cannot use indifference lose sales all the time.

Whether you like Andy or not he is the only sales trainer that actually breaks down the interactions from start to finish, provides word tracks and role plays in live environments where anything can happen. I dont have to like him but I respect him
Andy is the stereotypical sales guy. Down to the muscles (because it demands respect). This guys is shit. He's generic as fuck. I've been a top producer through 4 different industries with a top tier closing ratio. Dude sells hopes and dreams to disconnected business owners. Not reality. Interviewing is a skill set, and most people don’t focus on getting better on it.
General: EYES
This was a great booster to watch this as I have employed many of these tactics already in my business… but picked up a few more… most of the time I let the Holy Spirit living inside of me put these people at ease. He makes everything easy and flow just right for each situation and each different client. Just booked another annual contract last Friday 🙏🏼 God Bless Andy!

I always knew being a introvert and shy held me back. My huge problem is I feel like I never know enough of my trade (maintenance electrician/plc tech which kills my confidence. Everyone at my refinery sees I’m the most knowledgeable when it comes to my job, but other electricians are more confident and it makes the person that knows nothing about electrical believe the less knowledgeable electrician due to his confidence even if the electrician isn’t on point with the info he’s giving. How could I fix that?

Andy I follow your advice. One key thing you said that made a difference? Get in shape. In 5 months I went from a size 42 being too tight to a size 34. It was bad I would get winded tieing my shoes. One excercise I do daily is walking at 4 mph for an hour with a 30 pound pack on. That has caused my blood pressure to crater back to healthy levels and has greatly improved my stamina. Memorizing word tracks was always a weakness of mine, found out it was because I didn't have nearly enough word tracks for the diverse situations I was running across and therefor winging it, that too has changed and continues to do so. Anyway man, love your content and these have been the things most valuable to me so far.

It freaks me out seeing this because I used to be like andy.. I lost it along the way.. 20 yrs ago in my 20s i was selling just by the way i looked.. Strong, musclular and i still am, BUT now still have the muscle, but I lost that zest for my work and BELIEVE ME customers smell it from a mile away and i lost the positivity in my voice... THIS vidoe just opened my eyes.. Im Great at what I do, but the customer doenst know that yet, so if i show up with a stupid look, soft demeanor, maybe stumbling on my words, theyre going to go to someone else... A huge difference back then was I trained Minimum of 4 days a week.. It just does something t the brain, makes you feel great.. I used to do my estimates after a good workout..Ppl Feel the good vibes on you and i closed every damn job for yearrrrs straight.... Now im doing maybe 2 workouts a week.. Still intense but not as frequent.. I Could go on and on but this guy rocks.. just this vidoe alone will help me reinvent my old self
All prospects aren't the same. With that said this approach seems very used car salesy. I'm wondering how much sales resistance this approach gets. I'm more in the camp of helping people find their problems by asking right questions then allowing them to convince themselves they need to change something. Can you imagine a friend or family member come to you with an issue and we dealt with them this way. I would bet 10 out 10 would not make a change. Just a thought.

This is gross. can you learn to be a jerk and get a few sales tips from this guy yeah you can. but this guy is a complete jerk there's no reason for him to treat this young man the way he is instead of point out all of the things the young man is doing correctly and using proper teaching techniques to help him improve He's belittling him in front of the class.
I find it to be 100% pure car salesman BS it's been in the industry for 40 years I've been in it.

Sorry to say but these are old techniques - you need to update yourself. The moment you show off your energy and excitement and bla blah, cx figures out you are a sales man and they refrain from agreeing there. The most important thing is asking right questions, uncover need and then close

Selling is easy. The hard part is getting someone to agree to have a sales conversation with you for a certain period of time.
Once you have them in that conversation the goal is to make them purchase mentally. Saying sign here can have the same effect as “when do you need it installed,” or “when do you want to coverage to start… today or the 1st?”
If you are the best at what you do for work, your mouth doesnt have to move.
