This isn’t about sales. It’s about principles of life. I’ve never sold a thing. I drive trucks for a living. But if you install this approach to all areas of your life, you’ll have a life to be proud of. Bravo, Andy!
I found out 3 days before Christmas that I will no longer be on payroll for a restaurant group that I have been a managing partner in for 7 years. As of the 1st of the year I will have no income. I just turned 40, married with 2 kiddos. The first thing I did was applied for every sales job I could find solar, roofing, remodeling, and car sales. I landed a spot at a dealership and am pumped to start this new chapter. Your content is truly eye opening. Thank you for everything!!

I'm 25, starting my first sales job that grants me commission for my sales. (As opposed to hourly wage). I start in 2 weeks. This is getting me fired up and in a good mindset. It's making me hungry to learn, and spend my time making money instead of scraping the pennies off the floor my previous job left behind for me. Thank you.

Been in the business 9 years and still go back and reflect on these videos to sharpen the point sometimes! They are great, use them! It’s an hour training for free that could cost you a few hundred bucks to go sit at a conference!!

Keep constantly improving. Strive to improve 1% each day. Do that (every day) for a year...and at the end of the year you'll be 3800% (1.01^365) better than when you started. You got this!!

The best way to sell 50 cars is honesty!!!!! No training required as one is either a crook or not a crook.

decided after 26 years in manufacturing that i wanted a change. had a interview at the local car dealership for a sales position and got the job. iam 44 with no sales experience and have a family of 6. my first day is tomorrow and iam very nervous. any tips would be appreciated
My best tip is don't be nervous, be confident, people trust you wayyy more when you're very confident in you're decision making and you're answers to questions. You got this man!

I love this so much. My only question is , where do you get the 300 numbers to call a day?? Let’s say you’re a salesman who’s been working at the dealership for 3 months, are you supposed to just ask the sales manager for a list of names of customers who bought cars here years ago?
Yes, I called all of our customers from 2020, the entire year, called every single one, got four leads. I don’t know if any lead to a sale, but it was my first day of work.
