  • We explore the hidden camping gems around the Southern Downs and Granite Belt of South East Queensland and visit Sundown National Park.
    We 4x4 with the Brisbane 4WD Club and climb Rats Castle lookout and get faced with a flooded river crossing in a gwm ute and ldv t60, nissan patrol and Toyota FJ Cruiser.

      Thanks for watching! There’s 2 sides to the park. The Nundubbemere waterfall is on the northern side accessible via Stanthorpe but the main section and Red Rock falls is only accessible via Ballandean. Well worth a weekend away

      Thanks guys. Its such a contrast to alot of other parks around SEQ. Heading down again this weekend. Cant wait to get through to some of the better areas of the park for offroading. Have you been down there yourselves?

    Sundown National Park is only about 2.5hrs south of Brisbane via Warwick and Stanthorpe.
