- I join Kat and Jeremy from @UnchartedOffroad for a weekend exploring new 4x4 trails in Sundown National Park. Can you drive a Jeep JL Rubicon on 35's without a lift? Watch how their cars perform over some serious terrain.

Glad you liked it. Girraween has a nice little east loop but Sundown is where it’s at.
These are the tracks that everyone has done if theyve been to sundown. They are the most known tracks... these and the sundown river run.

Good video. Well presented. A nice blent of info RE wheeling, gear ans sights. Like the Hexa Tarp. Just picked one up a few weeks ago. Looking forward to the chance to use mine andnsee if the oztent andnFJC will fit underneath. Ha…
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for the feedback. You can lift the hexa on the side and back the car in easily. They’re a super versatile set up. Need to keep them low and taught in strong wind though.
Nice vid, how good is rats castle. Is there still a track going down the creek starting at rats castle? Have done it a couple times and it’s an epic little track that’s not defined well
Yeah it’s still there but more of just a rock garden. No vegetation other than a few small bushes that have withstood the heavy rainfalls
Nicr video mate. Whats the main road to burrows camp like? I dont have a 4x4 but have a high rider ute with some AT tyres. Do you think its doable? Would like to camp down there.
Hey @dawesy_87 as long as you drop some pressure from the tyres you’ll be fine. It’s not a hard drive at all, just a rough road. Take parks advice and don’t take a trailer down there. It’s a steep road out.
