He had to shoot Maggie FIVE TIMES to kill her and stop her from running to her son.
The love of a mother knows no bounds.
So, It could not be Alex as he loved Maggie so much and would not blow up his son's head. Where're 2 weapons? Where's DNA proof? Not enough evidence

@@KohalaLover For sure my friend. 👍
@@kajalpatelrealtor Exactly
"She was running to her baby" that gave me chills. It's what every mother would do no matter the danger to herself.
Except in rare instances even most dads would do the same .
Amen. Praying they're together now. So very sad.
So true, my heart is just breaking for them 😥💔
unless it abortion as thats different
He didn’t do it. Two separate guns to shooters.
This creeps me out. He’s acting like this smug while hearing this story in explicit detail about his child and wife being murdered and he isn’t even showing emotion at all. He’s like this creepy narcissistic pathological lying sociopath. It sickens me. I pray the jury really go over this case thoroughly and that they come to see he is completely guilty.
Hopefully they have children and grandchildren. No parent would find him innocent.
He’s the definition of evil ‼️
They convicted after three hours ..they didn't feel they had to go over this thoroughly..they all knew the truth
psychopath not sociopath. Paul seemed like he inherited it too.
This has been going on for a year and some change now. any emotion has been poured out during that detail. Your throwing your thoughts and emotion on what you think someone should do. His head is on the chopping block right now.
So to those who still think there’s a chance he’s innocent, I can tell you from experience, while not murder, but finding my daughter dead, and holding her in my arms, exactly a loving parents reaction. I ran to the telephone and called the police station (because this was before 911 existed) and then after calling for an ambulance I ran out front to my porch and held her in my arms trying to do CPR until they got there and I didn’t know at the time she was already dead when I found her, the doctors explained it later, but she threw up so I thought she was alive, but the doctors explain to me later that her lungs had already filled up and by me performing CPR, it forced her body to regurgitate that up. I never once thought about having to get that stuff off of me. I never once thought about explaining to the cops when they pulled up anything. it was just get to my baby and take her to the hospital and see if you can keep her alive because I didn’t know she was dead. And even after I got to the hospital And the doctor had to explain to me that they tried for 45 minutes to revive her and it didn’t work. I never once thought about the throw up that was still on me and I never once thought about trying to explain to him how I thought it would happened at all I was in shock wailing like I was dying and couldn’t talk to anybody with a clear mind, and answer any questions for any length of time due to walk we just went through. He’s guilty.
I am so very sorry for the loss of your daughter.
As I read this, I am so sorry for your pain. So sorry
Sorry for you lose, the same thing I mention instead of staying with the family he was talking to the Police, and in the hearing he looks guilty, not any intrest on the conclusiones. 🙏
😥😢 omygosh may god himself hold her close tell you get where she is and take hold of her with your own arms
I lost my only daughter too, it's a nightmare that never ends, look after yourself, I wish I had the words to help you but I'm still lost myself. Take care
The only time AM didn't lie, was when he was on the stand and admitted that he had lied. 😵💫
Well.....even in his reveal of his lie he lied.......
Not even. He literally sat there lying about the lies lol
If that Snapchat audio wouldn’t have been recorded, he would have continued on with his story
@@VinsHourOne 100%... And he tried to delete it when he grabbed Paul's phone. To rip a phone off your dead son is psychopathic. He knew. He was hoping they'd never recover the video.
Nope, he lied about lying actually.
Just remember, the jury found Casey Anthony "not guilty". She lied about everything and was still not convicted for murdering her beautiful daughter. Horrible people get away with horrible things.
That verdict still bothers me.
Diesmal hoffentlich nicht!!
@@HayamiWorld me too 😢

I live in orlando where Casey lived everyone thought she was guilty but the jury didn’t hear all the evidence
The dead son unknowingly gives the biggest piece of evidence to likely convict his father who murdered him. Incredible.
Yep! that's the linchpin isn't it!!!
Karma❤
Solved his own murder from his grave 🙏. Just wow
Yep!!
How guys I haven't been watching
Very damning how he was not concerned about finding the "actual" killers nor worrying about other members in the family/household who might also be in danger.
Buster will soon be on trial for Murda of Stephen Smith
I can not imagine that poor woman's last scene before she dies seeing her husband kill their son in cold blood and then come after her. The last thing you see is your husband killing both you and your son, I can not imagine. Horrific
Interesting film plot, but it's been produced already. Therefore you drama queens should see life through the life experience instead of allowing this two-bit elected, and boring SC attorney general delude you. This two-bit bore who unfortunately is the SC Attny General has been the biggest liar. I am imagining that there are some intelligent, prescient members of his team who also don't buy what Mr Waters is selling. How torn and conflicted they must be, especially if they've heard him complain about the convincing, sensible counter-arguments that have been made by the competent Defense experts. I know that I would not want to be one of that Prosecution team who will all have egg on their faces when someday, yrs from now, the truth will be revealed which will acquit Alex Murdaugh of the charges. Being accessory to battering Alex, and remembering his grinding assaults on Alex --when he is still in deep grief over the ghastly, violent loss of his two close loved ones--should be the burden that Waters and his sidekick (that smug arrogant guy with the mop of graying hair sitting behind Waters) bears for the next 10 yrs maybe. Then, when new evidence is discovered, which I have no doubt will happen, the deception and subterfuge surrounding the methods of the Prosecutor's office will be revealed and it will be humiliating to all those who participated on that side of the aisle. My intuition tells me this.
I think death was kinda normal in that family. Don't forget about Mrs.saterfield. kid probably knocked her down the stairs
I thought the same thing. I was hoping they didn’t see who shot them, but the forensics show they did.
@@CreazilsDad45 I don’t condone the killings but the Murdaugh family was well overdue for some karma. Alex,Paul Buster and even Maggie had a hand in at least one death be it causing or keeping very quiet about it.
Eye for an eye
Right after Alex “found” his son and wife murdered, he had a clear mind to tell the police how long he’d been somewhere, the exact hours and all that, dude had his story all lined up ready to go when police arrived, nobody would be able to think straight in a moment like that.

He was a defense lawyer. Of course he had it all planned out, except he didn't know about Paul's video.
Point. On. Then. In the car. And. After. He. Was' suddenly nor in his. Right. Mind'
Exactly right they'd be sitting there trying to think where they were and you'd be struggling to think cause all that's in your mind is what's happened to your family

His reaction in the police car immediately after the event said everything to me. Controlled , focused …a man knowing this part was really important. I could not speak one sentence if I had witnessed what he had. Guilty as they come
Yes! I saw a video of him in the car talking to detectives and he starts comparing people they knew in common from different areas..I was like wtf!! This ain’t social hour..he couldn’t even play the roll
If Paul hadn't created the Snapchat video, AM would have kept denying being at the kennel. There's a poetic justice in Paul's final act, imo.
Thank God
Glad they cracked the phone and got that
Wow that is Poetic Justice dead kid and mother
I love the poetic justice. Paul brought him down!
Point. On
He didn't know about the video Paul took. If it were not for that, he may have never been charged. Financial crimes yes, but the murders, he almost pulled it off...especially with law enforcement in his pocket. Fascinating to watch but truly sad and gut wrenching.
I think he might have still been charged but chance of a guilty verdict would have been slim without the video.
He originally got a lot of slack because he's a prominent man in the area and very close to law enforcement officials and the courts.
Without the video and his lie it was a near perfect crime.
Paul won 🏆
Paul, solved his own murder
Lawyer is amazing and covers every aspect of this case. Kudos to him!!!
He could be the next Dr Phil or judge lol he needs his own show
Can see the anger in his eyes as he listens to things against him.
I truly hope this isn’t the way it actually happened. As a mother the thought of seeing my child laying dead like that😭😭I can only imagine the grief and fear she felt. Pure evil
It did happen just like that
Ambushed Paul in the kill zone
When Maggie came to rescue Paul
He slaughtered her
But not instantly
She had enough time
As did Paul to know who killed them
They knew
He knew
We know
At least she didn’t have to face that reality for a long time 🤷🏽♂️
No doubt in my mind. Alex murdaugh murdered his wife and son like it was nothing. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
I get the sense that Maggie was close to Paul and Alex is close to Buster. He saw Paul as a burden and will cost him 30 million from the lawsuit and see Maggie will be getting half of his money.
@@angiecoers6255 you are right about that I got that feeling too cause Alex seemed upset when he mentioned paul was his little detective. Also I heard the video on Alex’s phone you can hear Alex say to Paul, Paul now why did you get yourself involved.
The State Prosecutors did outstanding in my eye's.
I'm so glad they addressed everything that ran through my mind in closing.
I agree!!!
They actually had a tough job. This case was so wide spread and complex. They had to go back decades to cement the motive for his murders in his addiction and serial theft and lying. Also he cleaned up or got rid off all the direct evidence so they had to pull car and phone data and make sense of it.
It's easy case. Not a big deal. But Alex will be acquitted. At least 1 jury will see him innocent. AM is a great lawyer
It is so interesting that when AM was on the stand, he was terribly affectionate about his son Pau Pau and showing a lot of emotion like weeping. But now when the prosecutor was talking about how Paul had been shot, there was a cool indifference if not at times a look of irritation on AM's face.
How can he, as the defendant, sit there and listen to what a POS he is and not just start bawling and confess?
Paul’s kennel video is too good. Pointing the finger from beyond the grave
If my wife and child were murdered, I'd not stop crying forever, and if I'm being accused I would be shaking my head pleading for them to find the killer..
I feel like that's what he was trying to do here.
Exactly! Did he ever plead for the killer to be found?! 🤔 No because he was the killer.
I agree with you. I would be saying "wtf are messing with me for?. We goto go find those mutherfuckers. Now!!!" " Whoever did this."
Again for a week I would not be able to move doubled over crying.

Watching the Netflix series i truly think this whole family were intrinsically evil. Watching the aftermath of the boat crash was heartbreaking, seeing the Murdaughs at the hospital doing their best to intimidate the other people on the boat was nauseating to watch. They tried so hard to point the finger at Conner as the driver of the boat. The impact of their self serving greed.and and entitlement has destroyed the lives of so many people. Let’s hope he is found guilty for all of his evil deeds.
Paul deserved punishment for his crimes but not this.
Agree no one is above the law . Very dangerous man addiction greed willimg to take his own family out . Glad he locked up for life
The ripple effect of this man, cultivating an arrogant family who did as they pleased, and then killing his wife and son, stealing, lying, killing, and covering up everything. Involving so many innocent people. He is a sociopath.
Yes the Netflix series is mind blowing!
Then this trial; it’s just all so shocking and sad
Psychopaths
Some folks spend 30 years desperately looking for the perpetrator of the murder of their loved ones. This man didn’t mind doing that for 30 seconds. THAT was the biggest red flag in my book.
This was a horrible choice of escaping your bad choices in life.
i,m afraid Alex is a horrible man.
This option would never enter sane, normal people's minds.
Fortunately, him being a narcissist and a drug addict. Caused him to make mistakes. He wasn't as clever as he thought he was.
So strange to visit your mama at 9:30pm on a Monday. No old person wants visitors at that time of night. If he was so concerned about her he would have gone to see her earlier in the day.
There are so many red flags to point out Alex's guilt. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
Absolutely
And why not try to get your wife and son to go with you?
Very true. My mom is 94 and her bedtime is 8 pm.
Agreed. He would have gone by right after work. Not go home, then go back out at night.
He’s looking at the prosecutor like he wishes he could have killed him too
Don’t you wonder if his siblings and Buster, deep down know he did it? And it is very likely that one of those brothers helped hide the clothes and the guns.
I agree. The drone video in the Netflix documentary shows John Marvin and Buster taking guns and other things from the house and putting them in John Marvin's truck. Hiding evidence in my opinion.
I havent seen Randy in courtroom lately???!!
Totally agree
That one little dog video ruined all his careful plans.
Exposed him as a liar and put him at the scene moments before the murder.
If he had one ounce of remorse for slaughtering his family, or the slightest genuine love for them rather than for his own hide, he would have pled guilty, fallen back on his drug addiction and huge financial stress as his excuse, and saved himself and his family from this awful degradation, humiliation and pain.
But that’s narcissists for you, never believed HE could be exposed! What an evil man.
No wtf if he had any remorse he would’ve never done that in the first place

It shuttered me during testimony when witnesses were spoken with on about the kennels the dogs how excited they got, letting them out to run, the reason for shock collars, and how wild it became when Alex brought a hen I believe their to be among the chickens n dogs to that effect, it was stated itvwas when Alex brought the hen the dogs activity went wild with craziness, to that effect. Rookie Lawyers Take Note, this summation from the prosecutor was brilliant, he hit every point and knocked it in with the previous point. Impressive!
I think he will start bawling his eyes out when the defense gets up. After being so stoic during the prosecutions closing, that should tell the jurors something too. Excellent job, Mr. Prosecutor!!
Yes! Waters needed to tell a story. And he did a good job. So sad! But he told a very likely story of what happened.
Yes! What I’ve been saying. He will put his Theatrics on when that time comes. Today smirking but watch him morph when defense gets up. Not even crying about his Son and wife today. Totally Evil Con!
@Priscilla I don't think AM feels any guilt.
I just hope the prosecutor was good enough!
The prosecutor went on and on. Kind of boring and first of that they got the wrong person on the trial. It's not fair. No good job.
The prosecutor absolutely cooked Alex.. Bravo 🙌🏻 👏🏼
Amen
He's doing a great job.
I can't believe people are being critical of the prosecution.
well believe it
There was possibly another motive that was mentioned. The attorney in the boating accident had given Alex a deadline in January 2020 to get him his financials or he would file charges against Maggie and Paul too on June 7th.
I too believe that he is guilty. He likely would not have been charged without Paul’s Snapchat video forcing his confession to being there within minutes of their murders. I too believe that she was running to where Paul was. “He had planned it out for some time”- per his conversation with his sister-in-law.
If you're paying attention to his body language you can see around the 7:38 mark he is subconsciously shaking his head yes / and he has his jaw locked when the prosecutor is saying that she was running to save her baby.
I pray that at the end of the day that Maggie and Paul will get justice ⚖️🙏🏽
I saw that too! I got chills

It’s a powerful closing statement that he is making.
I laughed out loud during his cross examination of Alex, when defense complained to the judge that this was a murder trial and Waters hadn't even used the word 'murder'.
Why doesn’t he just stand up and say” OK, YOU GOT ME”!!
Wow Mad RESPECT for you Mr Waters!!!OUTSTANDING!!!!
He is truly evil. How could he sit there and not get emotional when the lawyer is talking about her baby, HIS baby!!! 👿
Alex murdaugh didn't care for Maggie or Paul. They were in his way financially. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
That's his baby and wife who got killed. Of course, he would get emotional. Don't you see how much weight he lost being to stress? If he did not kill, you should not be sending the wrong person to jail. I am sure Paul and his mom would not Rest In Peace.
Yes the Devil got into the mind Alex .
I mean if that's how you want to judge him, he got very emotional and crying during his testimony about finding them dead, and during the testimony of the crime scene evidence. I don't believe him for a minute, but he's good at showing emotion whether it's real or fake.
He was called out for being theatrical then boom! Waterworks stopped
Alex is a disgraceful human being. The only thing Maggie and Paul did wrong was to have him as a husband and father. It makes me sick to my stomach to think of how they died.
Paul killed Mallory Beach with his drunk boating, which was certainly wrong.
And this is why you would never be allowed on a jury haha... The DA really didn't prove this case. You can have your "idea" of what happened but that doesn't meet the burden of beyond a reasonable doubt. Also, following your idiotic logic - Paul wouldn't have existed without his father.
Paul killed a 19 year old girl....
hey if the other son had been there he'd be DEAD ALSO'
So i guess i just imagined Paul getting drunk and killing his friend then tryna blame it on another one smh

I haven't been so gripped by a case since Watts n Arias. This monster is guilty, he has no soul. He had everything we common folk dream of. Riches. Education. Family. Property. Reputation. He cared ONLY about himself. A carcass of a human being.
“ why would he even think to lie if he is an innocent man” LIKE WHY! put him under the jail
I’d think if you were describing how my family was shot I wouldn’t have a smug look on my face, I’d be crying just to think about what happened.

@@marclaclear6628 he shouldn’t care what people think lol his wife and son were murdered
I'm so proud of that prosecutor he was on his game and said the right words. Thank you sir.
Creep! Had the nerve to call his victims by pat names..paw paw and mags, may that final scene replay in his mind for the rest of his life or until he confesses.
Why would he need to call Maggie, he was just with her. Why would he text, heading to his Mom's when he had just seen her? What a fool of man.
Yes true he could have told her, "I'm going up to get the car and be right back down to get you to go to Mom's". But no he just texts her? Hmmmmm
Covering his tracks.
Could have brought it up at dinner..ijs
Also, he said he wanted Maggie to go with him to his Dad's, which was what he told her to get her out there, but he leaves without her. Why? Only way his actions make any sense is if it was all a ruse to lure her out there so he could kill her.
Creating a plausible story that he was "trying to reach her"... even though he was smelling her blown up scalp as he dialed.
Exactly! He would say, “I was JUST THERE, how could that happen?!?!” That’s what an innocent person would say immediately!!
Point. On. Yess
That’s what I thought. I was just there why lie and say you wasn’t there if you’re not hiding anything.
Body language says a lot. Check out 6:38 Does Alex nod his head yes after the prosecutor says what happened?! Wow...

Best closing statements I've heard. Outstanding job. I initially believed MAYBE he didn't do this. No more..If the jury is hung it's tainted.
That is some good forensics! He thought he can outsmart everybody, he was so convinced of himself to get away, and yet they got him and lets hope he will get in prison every day for the rest of his pathetic life what he deserves.
It looks like Alex is smirking when it's said that Maggie is running to her baby .
An innocent man would’ve pictured this between his wife and son and started crying
Of course. He's a monster
He actually smirked more today then at any other time. He seemed to be deriding most of the points the Sate was making. He also spent a lot of time making comments to his lawyers unlike before.
That smirking is a family trait.
Saw the same thing
I always thought that Paul was killed first because he would be the bigger threat. Maggie hearing those shots probably thought a gun accidentally went off, but to her surprise she was the next victim. So very sad.
Agreed...or when Alex first got shot he yelled "Why" or "Dad" when Alex then gave the final shot
And he knew that if he shot paul first Maggie would come running toward the danger whereas Paul would’ve possibly ran away to get help or a gun
And he knew that if he shot paul first Maggie would come running toward the danger whereas Paul would’ve possibly ran away to get help or a gun
He's in for a rude awakening when he gets to prison. All the fancy stuff he had from being a lawyer will all be gone.
Think of all the wicked within this family. His son’s little boating tragedy was probably driving him insane. Imagine running behind your depraved child, trying to cover their tracks every time they screw up. And the wife, I’ve never heard of a more clueless woman. The whole situation is sad. They didn’t deserve to go the way they did, but I also can’t fathom being the head of such an evil, unstable family.
So true. Also must add that Paul favored his grandfather. Mentioning he always called him first over his father. Maybe this case blew up investigations into Alec shady past and doings. Feeling like Paul cause it all. The whole case a tragedy. That boat accident with Mallory though definitely is what made his karma. In the Netflix series. Paul knew of his dad addiction. Just something I noticed.. before the boat accident his caregiver who he saw as a mother died at his home. Maybe why he drink so much. The mama Maggie acting blind to it all smh. Last moments in video most likely an argument in which Paul stepped in. Alec had being overpowered. Ego kill. Crazy how the guys used Alec still kept in custody. A killing by some people who had the exact custom made guns he owns.

I love that lawyer waters, so thorough and precise. May justice be served.
If Alex lied, so did Waters. Does that make him murderer?
This attorney is awesome and very smart justice for the victims
He's freaking amazing.
I got something thorough and precise for you
What is odd to me is he called Maggie to tell her he was leaving when he could’ve told her a few minutes before when he was wish them…
At 14:53 When Waters is asking why didn't Alex go to see why Maggie hadn't answered his multiple phone calls, Alex raises his hand to his chin. If you look very closely you will see his fingers tremble as he touches his chin. He knows he made a mistake that night bc you don't repeatedly try to call your wife and when you don't get an answer from her you don't go check on her to see what's going on? Of course you would go see why she hasn't responded. Especially since she's just a stone's throw away. You would NOT just leave the property ! Waters is right when he says Alex was setting up his alibi by making repeated calls to Maggie who he had just killed.
I saw that little tremble too
Poor Buster, not really….he testified that Paul wasn’t driving the boat….same liar as DAD. Shows no emotion at all except anger….just like Alex. Pure evil 👿
Do you really know who was driving the boat? NOPE! Go read all the police reports and watch all bodycam video All
If Alex gets found guilty, all of his mothers assets go to Buster, according to Alex her assets are worth millions......and we know Alex wouldn't lie about that.....
Stay tuned for next season called “ Like Father , Like son “ !
@@anjanean oh please stop! Have some respect for the victims!
He said he didn’t Believe Paul was driving.
Paul had the last word,he may have had issues but his intuition was spot on,the little detective may have solved this case.
Yes, I agree. Paul is speaking from the grave, because of his cell phone! Thankfully, his phone was on!
it's so so sad
💯
I really love how all the people in his life sold him up the river with the Truth over and over and over again. Family, employees. Not with malice, just with honesty, they told the truth. Let’s hope the truth sets us free from this supreme POS loose in society.
I believe he planned what he thought was a clean murder. The problem with planning is you can never tell what another person is going to spontaneously do, like turn away in a crucial split second or take a snap chat video.
💯
Yes bc he just about got away with it. Paul was the uncontrolled factor with that phone 💯
I wish the prosecutor stood closer to him so the jury would be looking at Alex and watching his reactions to what they are all hearing. His face is telling it all.
Yup!
That was an incredible summing up by Mr Waters. Well done Sir !
That line was so powerful from Waters, "she is running to her baby" as any loving mother would do after seeing their youngest son being shot. I cannot imagine how distasteful it must have been to her and for her to be shot right after as well. Absolutely disgusting, and shame on you Alec!
Sociopaths have no remorse or shame. Alec will be fine and dandy in prison, so long as his family keeps his commissary books full of cash and he gets into gen pop. He will be every inmates BFF
I kind of figured Maggie WAS running to Paul after seeing him shot. This whole case is Soo sad, I'm sorry I think he did it and he is PURE EVIL
If he had any remorse he would confess! He's not sorry at ALL! unless it's for himself....
I think Alex, personally hated his family. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
@@harperstacey9604 I agree with you. He is a Massive Narcissist, Psychopath. He didn’t care about anyone except his Disgusting self.
I totally agree.
That’s the line that got me! She’s running to her baby! I burst into tears for her. This trial has exhausted me and I’m not even involved.
Yess. Soo. Interesting
Why would the DA have to Lie and pull on your coat strings if he is guilty. The DA was not there and he made all that up.
@@themonkster333 I’m a mom and if my child was being shot my instinct would be to run to him/her without thought to my own safety. When you become a mother, you can judge that.
It’s certainly not a stretch to imagine.
If you think that was pulling heart strings, just wait for the defense closing. He’s guilty as sin. If he was so worried about his family being targeted why didn’t he immediately have the cops go protect the other son?
@@cherylbelcher9542 but the DA used it to get a guilty verdict out of you. He did not know that. She could have been shot first for all we know. You will see tomorrow. 2 separate shooters and no one has EVER killed there family because they owe money and a liar.
💯 percent the truth.I agree!
Claighten, You Guys rocked. Congratulations on getting your point across and your team spelling it out.
Like many, I was afraid He was going to walk. So glad the jury didn’t buy into his bs.after all He fooled an entire law firm.
It stands to reason that just like how Alex threw his knife across the street after puncturing his tire, that he also was the one who threw Maggie's phone in the Bushes, I mean it's the same action just like throwing the knife. He did it💯
Never did he show one ounce of sorrow, how can you sleep at night! Pure evil 🦹♀️
waiting to see if he brings out the water works when his defense team goes up to preach tomorrow.
I don't know if he did it, but if he did, he can sleep perfectly. Casey Anthony said she sleeps perfectly.
I sure hope the evidence is good enough to convict this monster, IN SPITE of this atty's rambling, disjointed attempt at a closing argument. I've never heard a more unprofessional confusing string of sentences ever.
There is not one friend or loved one that he didn't lie to. Not a single person close to him knew who he was.
Absolutel monster
A real father would not smirk and make faces as a prosecutor is detailing the way his son was murdered among w his mother. HE IS SO GUILTY!!
It happened just like Mr Waters described. Maggie and Paul are speaking from the grave with the help of Mr Waters, pointing their fingers to who did it. Excellent job.
I agree 🥹
Especially Paul pulling a huge middlefinger to his narcissistic monster father with that one video at the kennels.
Also, Murdaugh underestimated the smartness of a "smart" phone and OnStar data , which helped the prosecutor tie in all events minute-by-minute.
@@insomnia20422literally minutes. He didn’t even get to send the video. That’s amazing!!!
Guilty. What more do you want? The key is him lying about not being there! Only reason he said he lied is because he knows he is caught. And what about the clothes he was wearing?…never to be seen again. Oh and wait, supposedly someone shot them less 2 minutes after he left?…and he didn’t hear 7 gunshots 😂. I can go on and on……
The missing clothes ... I guess there can be a lot of explanations for his behaviour. But not for the missing clothes. If you are innocent why would you get rid of your clothes? It's just too much.
Yes, lied about being there and lied about killing them.
Agree
@@brittaniedarrisaw3393 also 48 hrs on U-tube has a documentary.
@@mazie7952 I will be watching it tonight!! I need all the details!
If he was actually a good lawyer he would be able to see how screwed he is.
While the prosecutor was explaining the murders Alex was just glaring with anger because he was explaining exactly what he did. He hated that prosecutor. I mean hit it right on the nail and Alex knew it. That look said it all. WOW . I was like yes Lord 🙏. And he was back at the crime scene in his mind while the prosecutor explained. Trust me he was. Just sickening
Then he drives off leaving them laying there to go visit his mother. OMG The devil at work..
Yes! From like 8:02
@@marilynsnedden1709nd he knew he could show up at any time and his mom wouldn't know or be able to tell when he arrived because of her amnesia. First he kills his wife and son, then takes advantage of his mom's illness to build his alibi
He was spot on
@@lindaelmore784 spot on you hear me!!!
Who forgets the last conversation they ever have with their wife?
The two biggest things for me are the missing blue shirt and the persistent lie about not being at the kennels.
Those two factors alone make it a strong circumstantial case.
And the guns used were family guns...
To me the missing shirt is even more important. He could even have "explained" gun powder residue saying he was hunting earlier that day - but not the kind of blood splatter or stains that probably were on the shirt.
Well, if you listened to this closing arguments there is a million as strong as that.
Spot on !!
Yesss 💯 %
Wow!!! I said this yesterday. Natural instinct was to run towards her son after he was shot...smh!!!!
You can see in his face that he’s getting upset from the prosecution argument. 😂
If his relationship with Maggie was good and blah blah! She was leaving him. He chased her down. Omg! The horror they must of went through! He's heartless!
She was going to divorce him. He also tried to change her will to make himself the sole beneficiary. The Murdaugh case podcast channel here on YT has a great video on it and breaking it down. Sickening but he did it and he had plenty or motive. I’m not sure why they didn’t talk about the will but it would have shown even bigger motive
Agreed. He even said it was "Wonderful."
Agree She had enough of him Picking up her dog to run and he pitched up
I hope this haunts Alex the rest of his life.
It won't he is a sociopath
It won't. Evil doesn't cry.
Narcissist’s don’t have feelings
Being a mom brings me to tears imagining if indeed she witnessed her son Paul going down first.... the horror. In a sense, she would have never been able to recover from this if she had survived. Never.
That choked me up. I believe she did. May justice be served. He is guilty!
Pure Evil 👿!
