So to those who still think there’s a chance he’s innocent, I can tell you from experience, while not murder, but finding my daughter dead, and holding her in my arms, exactly a loving parents reaction. I ran to the telephone and called the police station (because this was before 911 existed) and then after calling for an ambulance I ran out front to my porch and held her in my arms trying to do CPR until they got there and I didn’t know at the time she was already dead when I found her, the doctors explained it later, but she threw up so I thought she was alive, but the doctors explain to me later that her lungs had already filled up and by me performing CPR, it forced her body to regurgitate that up. I never once thought about having to get that stuff off of me. I never once thought about explaining to the cops when they pulled up anything. it was just get to my baby and take her to the hospital and see if you can keep her alive because I didn’t know she was dead. And even after I got to the hospital And the doctor had to explain to me that they tried for 45 minutes to revive her and it didn’t work. I never once thought about the throw up that was still on me and I never once thought about trying to explain to him how I thought it would happened at all I was in shock wailing like I was dying and couldn’t talk to anybody with a clear mind, and answer any questions for any length of time due to walk we just went through. He’s guilty.

Interesting film plot, but it's been produced already. Therefore you drama queens should see life through the life experience instead of allowing this two-bit elected, and boring SC attorney general delude you. This two-bit bore who unfortunately is the SC Attny General has been the biggest liar. I am imagining that there are some intelligent, prescient members of his team who also don't buy what Mr Waters is selling. How torn and conflicted they must be, especially if they've heard him complain about the convincing, sensible counter-arguments that have been made by the competent Defense experts. I know that I would not want to be one of that Prosecution team who will all have egg on their faces when someday, yrs from now, the truth will be revealed which will acquit Alex Murdaugh of the charges. Being accessory to battering Alex, and remembering his grinding assaults on Alex --when he is still in deep grief over the ghastly, violent loss of his two close loved ones--should be the burden that Waters and his sidekick (that smug arrogant guy with the mop of graying hair sitting behind Waters) bears for the next 10 yrs maybe. Then, when new evidence is discovered, which I have no doubt will happen, the deception and subterfuge surrounding the methods of the Prosecutor's office will be revealed and it will be humiliating to all those who participated on that side of the aisle. My intuition tells me this.

At 14:53 When Waters is asking why didn't Alex go to see why Maggie hadn't answered his multiple phone calls, Alex raises his hand to his chin. If you look very closely you will see his fingers tremble as he touches his chin. He knows he made a mistake that night bc you don't repeatedly try to call your wife and when you don't get an answer from her you don't go check on her to see what's going on? Of course you would go see why she hasn't responded. Especially since she's just a stone's throw away. You would NOT just leave the property ! Waters is right when he says Alex was setting up his alibi by making repeated calls to Maggie who he had just killed.
